After six months so far with Right at Home the family are very happy with the care provided twice a day to our mother. The carers are always punctual, understand mums needs and deliver a level of care at home that enables her to live as full a life as possible, sometimes going over and above for mum.
The company always try to accommodate changes to visit times due to hospital visits, sometimes at short notice, and we always know in advance which carers will be visiting, something mum finds really useful. Right at Home give the family confidence that her needs are being met with respect and professionalism.

We have been using Right at Home now for over two years and we continue to be impressed.
Our aim has always been to keep dad in his own home and the whole team at Right at Home are helping us to do this. To do this we need regular communication from the office and the carers, which we have. We need
to feel the confidence, caring, and commitment of all the staff, which we do. Finally, we need to see that dad is happy and cared for, which he is. We cannot thank the team at Right at Home enough for all they’ve done and are doing which is enabling us to keep our dad happy, safe, and cared for properly in his own home. With all our appreciation, a very big thank you to the whole team.

My daughter has been receiving care from Right at Home Oxford while she is studying at Oxford Brookes University. The dedicated staff have offered her invaluable support. It has been a relief for me to know that my daughter who has cerebral palsy needs are met, ranging from some personal care, to shopping,
cooking a healthy meal, and ensuring that she is safe in the way she does things. They have shown great flexibility and have worked around her needs.
I recommend them highly for their dedication.

Right At Home have been absolutely brilliant. We had been working with a different agency and things had gone pretty wrong. We were really worried whether we would ever be able to get the care our parent needed, in a way that our parent could accept. Staff helped us work out how to avoid problems before
they happen, always communicates with compassion and care and is full of helpful practical advice. The staff have been amazing.

We are very pleased with the daily care my father has received following his increased need for support at home. The team at Right at Home were very accommodating when setting up the care arrangement and has continued to be easy to contact, flexible and helpful in the ongoing management.


My father

enjoys his interactions with the kind carers who support him and appreciates receiving care from the same small team. The service provided by Right at Home has enabled him to remain at home safely and gives his family members confidence that he has dependable support even when we are unable to do that ourselves.

I cannot thank Right at Home enough. My husband was ready to leave hospital at the end of January after a stay of several weeks and I was warned that NHS care would not be available for at least two or three weeks and that there was a chance that they would simply move him to a local hotel because they
wanted his bed. I was desperate when I contacted Right at Home who, although very busy, managed to arrange to help us out so that I could bring him home. Carers from Right at Home visited us daily in the mornings, washed and dressed my husband, kept his bedroom immaculate and made him innumerable cups of tea! Our carers were a complete delight; warm and friendly, always punctual, and extremely careful and they always treated my husband with respect and preserved his dignity. They kept him positive and me sane. They became our friends and we will miss them now that we can manage without them.

The entire experience has been completely satisfactory. The company was helpful regarding starting and finished dates; every aspect was inspected and explained, and security - healthwise and daily living - was strict but not invasive. The carer was kind and efficient and she was an excellent cook who
made eating a pleasure. I feel much better after four weeks care.

Right At Home Oxford have been wonderful in the time they have been providing care for my mother. All the carers we have had have been reliable, professional, and extremely caring. The management team has been excellent in contacting occupational therapists, GP's and District Nurses to help to ensure
that mum receives the external help she requires. They are also very good at liaising with the family regarding mum’s needs and care. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Oxford area requiring care.

We have used Right at Home since April 2021. All their staff have been very kind, efficient and professional.
I have already recommended them to other people I know who are looking for carers. They have very good attention to detail and they told us about Assisted Living Allowance which was very good
of them.

I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by Right at Home (Oxford), the efficient management with a flexible approach has been very helpful. The caring staff are friendly, reliable and reassuring. They are able to carry out anything required in the home or personal care needed. I would
not have managed to come without them. The speed in which the firm reacted to the initial request to help was immediate and flawless.

A couple with no knowledge of care bought a franchise and are appalling at communications, plus they employ staff with no background and do not train them adequately. I do not recommend this organisation to anyone.

What can I say... it's a professionally run company. The carers all work together as a team, they are all very friendly, and nothing is too much bother. They get Dad to help with little things like washing up and get him to help make his tea. They have worked with me to make sure his care package is
what we asked for, especially continuity, which was very important to him and myself. Any problem is referred to the management team for actioning promptly. The ability to access the daily electronic log remotely via the app on my phone to review the events of the day gives me peace of mind.

Right at Home (Oxford) - the company was totally professional from the outstart. They came to meet myself and my mother (as Dad was in temporary rehab) to discuss the needs of my father. There was copious amounts of paperwork as expected. They have been outstanding in all aspects of care. At last
we have a regular carer who is respectful, wonderful basically. We cannot praise this company enough. They have given my father a new lease of life. He is so happy to welcome his carer as previously was very upset. He is kept very clean and all aspects of his care is brilliant. They also respect my mother's home and work with the family.
If you need care I would not hesitate.

From the moment I first contacted them the management team were generous with their time and did their utmost to ensure that the arrangements for my mother’s care were designed specifically with her wishes in mind. She was delighted with the personal service they provided and I found their support
invaluable. The managers and the carers were cheerful, kind and compassionate. When my mother was admitted to the hospital, her carer stayed by her bedside and was able to assist with her care as well as providing companionship.
