Overall Experience
Right at Home (Oxford) - the company was totally professional from the outstart. They came to meet myself and my mother (as Dad was in temporary rehab) to discuss the needs of my father. There was copious amounts of paperwork as expected. They have been outstanding in all aspects of care. At last we have a regular carer who is respectful, wonderful basically. We cannot praise this company enough. They have given my father a new lease of life. He is so happy to welcome his carer as previously was very upset. He is kept very clean and all aspects of his care is brilliant. They also respect my mother's home and work with the family.

If you need care I would not hesitate.

The caregivers are always punctual and jovial. They cheer me up and help as much as they possibly can in their time.

Overall Experience
My husband gets such good care, and he enjoys their visits to help him in the morning - wash, shower, dressed, also in the evening to get ready for bed; they are so kind.

So pleased we found this company.

This company has a great team of carers, who are both kind and thoughtful. Mum is very pleased with the help that they provided during their 4-times a day visits.

Overall Experience

From the moment I first contacted them the management team were generous with their time and did their utmost to ensure that the arrangements for my mother’s care were designed specifically with her wishes in mind. She was delighted with the personal service they provided and I found their support invaluable. The managers and the carers were cheerful, kind and compassionate. When my mother was admitted to the hospital, her carer stayed by her bedside and was able to assist with her care as well as providing companionship.

Overall Experience

My elderly mother needed extra care needs following a prolonged period in hospital recently. Since Right at Home took over her home care she has progressed very well. This is due to the excellent, caring and professional team looking after her, for which I am very grateful. My mother also speaks very highly of the dedicated care that she receives.
