The lady I speak to most frequently really knows, and wants to know, the ins and outs of my mum's requirements and has gone out of her way to ensure my mum's safety, cleanliness and wellness.
She also has been willing to take time to speak to me to greater understand my mum and her needs as well...

All staff are friendly and have a lovely nature and my mum seems happy when they arrive to assist her.

My friend is always happy with their service. They take care of her very well and also spend time with her. The smile on her face makes me happy all the time I visit her. She said she is soo happy with their service. I also witness it, and they are very good

The carer is lovely, friendly and very efficient. She’s also always on time and never lets us down. My dad is very happy with the service we receive from Personalised Care Limited. Managers are very communicative and supper is when we need it.
