The lady I speak to most frequently really knows, and wants to know, the ins and outs of my mum's requirements and has gone out of her way to ensure my mum's safety, cleanliness and wellness.
She also has been willing to take time to speak to me to greater understand my mum and her needs as well as
help put things into action quickly. Even if this means attending to Mum personally.
All staff are friendly and have a lovely nature and my mum seems happy when they arrive to assist her.
