This company provides an efficient, friendly, reliable level of care. All through the Covid pandemic, the level of care has remained the same. More members of staff now attend my father, and always have positive comments about them all.
One career, in particular, treats my father as if he is his own.
They have formed a great bond, and nothing is too much trouble.
Even though this company has been put in place to care for one of one parent, they always look out for my mum too.
During the time I was unable to visit or when I’m at work etc, I can’t put into words how reassured I am knowing Tailor Care are going into my parent's house to support and help. They also talk to me and support me. I can honestly say, nothing seems to much trouble, and I appreciate it.
