The Manager is very professional, courteous and likeable he was very easy to speak to and quick to respond to our urgent care needs. He was very respectful to my elderly parents which made them feel comfortable, listened to and understood. The night carers were very reliable and looked after my mum very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this agency.

Elstree HomeCare have provided daily care for my aunt for the past few years and they have been outstanding. She was quite disabled with severe sight and hearing challenges but they always showed the utmost kindness and respect towards her. They cared for her right up to her death and even visited and cared for her when she was in hospital before she died. They were always very professional in their work but also made her laugh. They certainly brightened up her day. Living many miles away I was confident she was being cared for with kindness and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble. They come highly recommended

The staff and care support workers have been great in supporting me with my mother's care. They have kept me informed and up to date as I can’t be there all the time. Their compassion and professionalism have been brilliant. Would I recommend them to friends and family - 100%.

The staff of Elstree Home Care have been caring for my mother since January 2022. The standard of care has been absolutely first class. Two carers arrive punctually twice a day. They are always cheerful and responsive to any request that I, my wife or my mum has. Mum has a terminal lung condition and is bed ridden, some days are more difficult than others but as soon as the Elstree carers arrive her mood always changes to a more positive outlook. It's delightful that as soon as the carers arrive I nearly always hear laughter coming from Mum's room. Elstree's manager has visited Mum on a number of occasions, to say hello and see if there's anything more that he or his carers can do for her. His team of carers are exemplary, their compassion towards my mum is obvious, they are totally professional and completely dedicated in the care that they provide. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elstree Home Care to anyone.

I am very happy with Elstree Homecare, they are professional, polite, friendly and take care of Mum very well and meet all of her needs. They are always there if I need them and help and support me also.
