I sincerely thank the ladies who took care of me during this time, who cared for me with kindness and full adherence to all nursing principles.

Really pleased with Exceptional Care's service and professionalism. The carer helping my dad was kind, respectful and always mindful of my dad's dignity - very pleasant chap. Arrived punctually and always greeted nicely. I would definitely recommend him and Exceptional Care.

The carer comes every morning to wake and dress my husband. They are always on time to arrive, get on with their work and are pleasant and helpful. We are very happy with the carer.

My carer is the most outstanding and caring person I have ever met. I recently had a hip replacement, which has limited my normal way of living. She appeared, and from the minute she came in with her beautiful smile and gentle approach to all my needs, my recovery has been quicker than expected. Although I still have quite a bit of help, she helps me with all my needs and mentally lifts my spirits. She is, without a doubt, an exceptional person and a professional carer. Thank you.

I am really happy with exceptional care, my carers always work really hard to make me feel so clean, relaxed and happy. They will give me my medicine, help me get washed and dressed. When they come they always greet me and make me feel so loved. They work so hard and complete everything in a methodical way so I feel at ease. They ask me if I need anything specific for that day. I am really happy they treat me like family. The staff at the office always help me as I forget appointments.

So far it has been excellent. The carer is friendly and efficient and caring. She is always on time and shows dedication and respect in her role. When I have spoken to staff in the office to rearrange visits they have always been polite and accommodating. I cannot fault the service we have received.

I am being helped by the carer for the past three weeks. The two carers I have been look after by, are excellent, polite and efficient. They are well trained and thorough with their job.

Mum is being looked after by two ladies, both girls are capable and trustworthy. One is slightly better and makes time to spend with Mum when she finishes her work and is more aware when things are not normal, like a rash or if Mum needs medical attention. Both come on time, but one leaves early and stays the time she needs to spend at Mum's. I can trust both. They are capable and trustworthy, hope it carries this way.
