Overall Experience

Care has been good so far and I'm happy with the overall service. Carer adapts to my ways around the house and is an ex-nurse so understands my stroke symptoms. Would like to be helped to bed a little later.

I have found the service to be excellent although the time of arrival varies too much. The service provided is professional and pleasant.

Overall Experience

I have been using Exceptional Care at Home for my care since last year! All the staff are excellent carers, they make all my visits on time and well-structured. They have followed the COVID-19 government’s rules at all times! The carers are exceptionally kind, patient, very respectful and honest! I cannot praise the carers and the management team enough. I feel very comfortable contacting the office with any queries and I know I will be offered exceptional support and advice.

I have received exceptional care. The person provided for my care has gone above and beyond all expectations and I have been matched perfectly! My carer is an excellent conversationalist with similar interests with a candid and sympathetic attitude towards my needs.

Overall Experience

Carers have provided good, consistent care and attention to the patient. They comply with covid rules (ie PPE). They communicate well with patients and family members. They convey a patient and caring attitude to the patient and are happy to help with requests. They are sensitive to patient's needs and are thorough in terms of providing intimate personal care.

Overall Experience
Without this agency, my brother wouldn't have had a backup carer during difficult times of COVID. I had to call various agencies for the duration of 1 week but was turned down due to short notice and lack of capacity and struggle to find a carer in quick time seemed over, but not until I called this agency who knew we needed urgent help and took the search for a carer seriously.
The agencies were always giving regular updates for the search of a carer and met the requirements we needed support for. The person who helped me with the search, I would like to thank her for the support.

Overall Experience

Had an amazing first day. The member of staff was kind, explained everything to me so I could understand. She helped me wrap my presents, which was fun, we both were laughing and chatting, made me feel so relaxed. She is very kind, patient and very nice to be around.

I've lived in this area for over 20 years & have a genuine desire to help people remain living at home for as long as possible by providing the highest levels of care.
