Exceptional Care at Home (Hertfordshire)

This young lady is an exceptional carer, she is very intelligent and learns very quickly. She has a very likeable personality. She seems to be a very honest and sincere person. Very reliable, never late.

The carers have been attentive and patient with my father. They allow him to take his time and help with showering him. I am very happy with the service I have received.

Overall experience has been very good. I am pleased with the carers, by their dedication to the job. They are always punctual. They make sure they look out for me very well. I'm happy I get to keep the same set of carers.

In my opinion, the carers need more training. My husband was stripped of his clothes, left exposed. I explained to them they should cover and wash bit by bit. It was upsetting and degrading for my husband, they need to respect the person, with dignity. They are also very messy and not hygienic at all, they clean his bottom and touch other objects instead of changing their gloves. They need to learn basic training first.

My husband's carers were fantastic in difficult times. Always cheerful and helpful. Even when my husband was gravely ill as soon as I said 'the boys will soon be here' his face would light up! Thank you once again for their help and please send them my love and thanks!

The staff are very caring and look after Mum and are very good at their job. Nothing is too much trouble and they know how to deal with her.

I have been pleased with the care provided starting on 16/07/22. The care manager has been particularly helpful. The carers have always been kind and gentle.

Our carer has been amazing, she’s been really great looking after my mother and we are so lucky to have her, her care and understanding has been a breath of fresh air. We thank the care team and her for the support.

I am very happy with the care and support my Dad is receiving from the two carers we are having 3 times a day. They are both very friendly and are always polite when I open the front door to them and when they leave. Very good time-keepers too.

Nice friendly lady, supportive, helpful. Sometimes does not understand what I say and I do speak clear 'received' English.

Could not ask for a nicer and more friendly carer for my father. She is always on time and is always making sure my father is comfortable, and no matter what my father asks for, it is not an issue for her. Highly recommend this carer to other clients.

Exceptional Care at Home staff are fully qualified and well trained. They were also so respectful every day.
