In my opinion, the carers need more training. My husband was stripped of his clothes, left exposed. I explained to them they should cover and wash bit by bit. It was upsetting and degrading for my husband, they need to respect the person, with dignity. They are also very messy and not hygienic at all, they clean his bottom and touch other objects instead of changing their gloves. They need to learn basic training first.
My husband's carers were fantastic in difficult times. Always cheerful and helpful. Even when my husband was gravely ill as soon as I said 'the boys will soon be here' his face would light up! Thank you once again for their help and please send them my love and thanks!

I am very happy with the care and support my Dad is receiving from the two carers we are having 3 times a day. They are both very friendly and are always polite when I open the front door to them and when they leave. Very good time-keepers too.
