In my opinion, the carers need more training. My husband was stripped of his clothes, left exposed. I explained to them they should cover and wash bit by bit. It was upsetting and degrading for my husband, they need to respect the person, with dignity. They are also very messy and not hygienic at all,
they clean his bottom and touch other objects instead of changing their gloves. They need to learn basic training first.

My husband's carers were fantastic in difficult times. Always cheerful and helpful. Even when my husband was gravely ill as soon as I said 'the boys will soon be here' his face would light up! Thank you once again for their help and please send them my love and thanks!

I am very happy with the care and support my Dad is receiving from the two carers we are having 3 times a day. They are both very friendly and are always polite when I open the front door to them and when they leave. Very good time-keepers too.

Could not ask for a nicer and more friendly carer for my father. She is always on time and is always making sure my father is comfortable, and no matter what my father asks for, it is not an issue for her. Highly recommend this carer to other clients.

Exceptional Care at Home staff are very helpful and friendly. My dad was well looked after. Exceptional Care at Home celebrated my dad's birthday with cake and balloons. It was a very nice gesture. I'm the Managing Director of Exceptional care at home Borehamwood. I'm genuinely passionate about delivering Exceptional Quality Care across Hertfordshire.
I've lived in this area for over 20 years & have a genuine desire to help people remain living at home for as long as possible by providing the highest levels of care. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone become more independent, whether that's being able to manage their medication again without assistance or having the ability to walk down to the shops again after a fall. My team provide kind, consistent acts of kindness which have a life-changing impact on our clients.
I'm proud to be able to support individuals, families & other healthcare professionals to ensure that we keep our clients at the heart of what we do, by collaborating, acting proactively & sharing best practice.
