The care we have received from "Exceptional Care At Home" has been exceptional. My husband has been treated with the utmost respect and has been looked after amazingly well. I am so grateful to all the carers who looked after him and I thank them profusely. They were great guys!

The team are always on time, happy and helpful. They make my mother comfortable and are always very friendly. Well done to her carers, you are stars. My mother likes the team; today is my mother's birthday and they were very thoughtful, bringing a card and balloon.

This man has been my personal carer for more than a month. Since his first appearance, he has been diligent, helpful, prompt and exceptional. He has always been nice and kind to me. I would not wish for any other carer to look after me. He can only be described as the best carer there is.

I cannot fault any of the care team or the management and my family agree. Everyone who comes to attend to me is kind, considerate and polite. They always ask for permission if they have to use something. Nothing is ever too much effort.

Great experience. The carer provides me with personal care, including bed washes and oral hygiene. She supports me with any mobility issues and transfers using appropriate equipment. She also prepares daily meals and washes the dishes. She is very observant and patient. She helps me get dressed and
will also organise my drawers, which is very helpful and I am eternally grateful for her support and care.

My carer calls in the morning, gets me up from bed and washes me from head to foot. Then, she helps me get dressed and makes me a cup of tea. I am very satisfied with her work. In fact, I would say she is excellent.

The staff are very kind to her, very professional and always greet her with a smile. They also keep her very clean and tidy and are extremely caring. I have had two carers. One Monday to Saturday and one on Sundays. They have both been really pleasant and helpful; it has been a delight to know them. They have kept my house clean and tidy. I look forward to them coming each day.

The care provided for Mum has been excellent. She is very happy. The carer is polite, cautious and respectful to her needs. All duties are carried out very well, as per the care plan. Communication with management is excellent, with any queries being resolved immediately. I am confident that Mum is

Our dad is a character who enjoys Irish music and telling jokes, which the carers fully engage in. They are kind and respectful, making sure dad is comfortable. Our carers are 'exceptional' and we know dad is in good hands when they are around.

Currently receiving excellent care at home from Exceptional Care at Home, based in Borehamwood. This is for my elderly relative, he is bedbound due to postural hypotension. The carers come in to the home three times a day as part of a care package put in place after hospital discharge. The carers are
superb; professional, kind, conscientious, thoughtful, punctual and caring. I could not ask for a better team and company. Highly recommended during this difficult time, excellent from the start.

I'm the Managing Director of Exceptional care at home Borehamwood. I'm genuinely passionate about delivering Exceptional Quality Care across Hertfordshire.
I've lived in this area for over 20 years & have a genuine desire to help people remain living at home for as long as possible by providing the highest levels of care. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone become more independent, whether that's being able to manage their medication again without assistance or having the ability to walk down to the shops again after a fall. My team provide kind, consistent acts of kindness which have a life-changing impact on our clients.
I'm proud to be able to support individuals, families & other healthcare professionals to ensure that we keep our clients at the heart of what we do, by collaborating, acting proactively & sharing best practice.
