Exceptional Care at Home (Hertfordshire)

The care we have received from "Exceptional Care At Home" has been exceptional. My husband has been treated with the utmost respect and has been looked after amazingly well. I am so grateful to all the carers who looked after him and I thank them profusely. They were great guys!

The team are always on time, happy and helpful. They make my mother comfortable and are always very friendly. Well done to her carers, you are stars. My mother likes the team; today is my mother's birthday and they were very thoughtful, bringing a card and balloon.

This man has been my personal carer for more than a month. Since his first appearance, he has been diligent, helpful, prompt and exceptional. He has always been nice and kind to me. I would not wish for any other carer to look after me. He can only be described as the best carer there is.

I can say I cannot find any fault with the care I have had in my own home every day. They are kind and caring.

Our carer is an extremely caring person who helps us each day with things that need to be done around the house that we can't do ourselves. She is polite and goes above and beyond what she needs to do. Very well-mannered and she makes us happy.

I cannot fault any of the care team or the management and my family agree. Everyone who comes to attend to me is kind, considerate and polite. They always ask for permission if they have to use something. Nothing is ever too much effort.

My mother's carer is exceptional. She is not afraid to go the extra mile and is caring and compassionate. She always has a sunny smile and works very efficiently with a good attitude and tackles each job with a professional approach.

My carer calls in the morning, gets me up from bed and washes me from head to foot. Then, she helps me get dressed and makes me a cup of tea. I am very satisfied with her work. In fact, I would say she is excellent.

Great experience. The carer provides me with personal care, including bed washes and oral hygiene. She supports me with any mobility issues and transfers using appropriate equipment. She also prepares daily meals and washes the dishes. She is very observant and patient. She helps me get dressed and will also organise my drawers, which is very helpful and I am eternally grateful for her support and care.

The staff are very kind to her, very professional and always greet her with a smile. They also keep her very clean and tidy and are extremely caring. She said to say that she is very lucky to have these carers in her life. When I have seen them, they are always friendly, also very well dressed and have their ID on them. They always listen if her needs change in any way, so one hundred per cent happy with them. Excellent - long may it continue.

A member of Exceptional Care at Home has been a carer for my husband. I found him to be very efficient and caring. He is always on time, cleans and changes my husband, and performs his duties very professionally. He is very polite and softly spoken, I am very impressed with his mannerism.

I have had two carers. One Monday to Saturday and one on Sundays. They have both been really pleasant and helpful; it has been a delight to know them. They have kept my house clean and tidy. I look forward to them coming each day.

The care provided for Mum has been excellent. She is very happy. The carer is polite, cautious and respectful to her needs. All duties are carried out very well, as per the care plan. Our dad is a character who enjoys Irish music and telling jokes, which the carers fully engage in. They are kind and respectful, making sure dad is comfortable. Our carers are 'exceptional' and we know dad is in good hands when they are around.

Currently receiving excellent care at home from Exceptional Care at Home, based in Borehamwood. This is for my elderly relative, he is bedbound due to postural hypotension. The carers come in to the home three times a day as part of a care package put in place after hospital discharge. The carers are superb; professional, kind, conscientious, thoughtful, punctual and caring. I could not ask for a better team and company. Highly recommended during this difficult time, excellent from the start.

This young lady is an exceptional carer, she is very intelligent and learns very quickly. She has a very likeable personality. She seems to be a very honest and sincere person. Very reliable, never late.
