Very kind and caring staff who provide an excellent quality of care suited to my needs.

Any feedback to me was carried out discreetly. Timekeeping was excellent and we were quickly notified about any traffic delays.

I have found every contact with Right at Home to be very pleasant. They obviously really care for their clients and take time to get the right client/carer matched. The carers who come to sit with my husband have been lovely and I feel he is being well looked after when I go out.

Right at Home have been providing care for my mother for the past month. We are delighted with the carer who is friendly, professional and efficient and the management team have excellent communication skills, keeping in regular contact with us to ensure we are happy with the service.

The carers really seem to care about my grandmother. They never rush and always have time to go the extra mile. Nan is very happy with her "new friends" and I'd recommend Right at Home to anyone who wants quality care. The management team are always quick in responding to queries and requests, they are also very good at providing feedback and improving their services.

My mum recently came out of hospital needing support in the mornings and evenings. All the carers have shown kindness towards mum and respect of her wish to be as independent as possible, within her capabilities. They have also watched her progress and been sensitive to her changing needs as mum has begun to recover. Friendly and professional carers and management. Following a recent stay in hospital I found myself in need of some support to aid my return home. I found the process of arranging support very easy and thankfully the team had someone available to support my discharge home from hospital. The support worker that was allocated to me was just excellent! He arrived promptly each day and was really flexible as to the support that I needed. Great companionship that helped overcome my first few days at home. I would thoroughly recommend the team to anyone needing some help when returning from an extended hospital stay! Thank you!

From the first initial contact with the agency, my enquiry was dealt with promptness of response, efficiency, care and sensitivity. The first assessment visit with the care manager to ascertain needs was also of a very high standard with great attention to detail to ensure that the correct carer was allocated to my mother. The carer(s) have been punctual in timekeeping, attentive, sensitive and responsive to the caring tasks. They have been of a very caring nature and increased my mother’s standard of living both physically and emotionally.

I am delighted by the flexible approach of the management. My situation is atypical but has been sensibly handled by the staff. My main carer is an absolute gem. She brings efficiency, flexibility and dignity to me, and that is priceless. The other carer is not as good and needs to understand the boundaries of what is essentially a professional relationship.

I am very satisfied with the care given to my husband. One lady is very helpful and is great with him. I can't thank her enough.

We started using Right at Home in July to provide some home support for my mother who has Alzheimer's. It was very hard for my mother to accept she needed help and the member of staff was very supportive and patient about working through the process with her and helping her to see the positives. The carer they matched her with has been ideal and she has made a big difference to my mother, both in terms of practical support and her general well-being. She works alongside my mother so that she feels fully involved and treated as an equal and this has helped boost her confidence and general motivation to be more active. From my perspective, it has given me much greater peace of mind to know she has someone we can trust coming in a couple of days a week and it has been wonderful to see the positive effect it has had on my mum. Communication is excellent and it is reassuring to know this member of staff is closely involved and keeping me updated.

Right at Home has come up trumps providing a fabulous carer for my parents who takes great pride in her caring role maintaining dignity and respect at all times. She is thorough, cheerful, kind and very helpful, in fact my parents look forward to seeing her each week! As Covid-19 is a worry PPE and face covering are worn throughout the visit. Thank you so much Right at Home, the quality of service you provide is second to none!

The four caregivers who visited my mother were all very diligent and provided high-quality care. My mother looked forward to their visits and we noticed how much more settled she was while being cared for by the Right at Home team. Unfortunately, my mother needed to move into a care home but the family are very grateful for the level of care and support my mum received from the team prior to her move.

I recently had to visit my 94-year-old aunt who had injured her hand. On arrival she was being attended by her carers from Right at Home who on learning of my Aunts' injury had doubled up in order to lift her safely, I was impressed with the speed and effiency the agency coped with the situation but most of all the care and compassion they showed my aunt was outstanding. Both ladies willingly stayed to help and reassure my aunt whilst waiting for an ambulance and the managing director was very good at keeping me informed of the situation over the weekend. It was heartwarming when one of the carers commented to me during the wait "I worry about her even when I am not here" she is a credit to the team.

Very friendly staff we have a few laughs along the way. We are lucky to have good weather. It is a good idea to find a location among people with similar interests. We all need people to share interests with.

From the very beginning, Right at Home was very proactive and professional in answering my questions, allaying my concerns, asking all the right questions about my aunt's requirements and making an accurate assessment of her needs. The manager chose a perfect caregiver for my aunt and the hand-over was smooth and efficient. We were present for the first two days to facilitate the hand-over, which went well. We were able to leave my aunt in very good hands. Since then we have been impressed with the care my aunt has received and she is very happy.

My wife and I were looking for a suitable in-home care supplier for my parents who both have degenerative medical issues. After the usual Google search I sent out emails to several companies I hoped could assist us. The management team reached out to me promptly and after a short telephone conversation, I set up an initial meet and greet appoint. I'm aware that this can be a challenging time for people who are reluctant to have in-home care but the manager and the team took time to answer all my parent's questions and queries and they went from being concerned and reluctant to receive care to looking forward to their regular visits within the first week! We use this type of care to augment the ongoing social services care that's provided for them as it's a far more personal and flexible type of care and it gives my parents a superior level of social interaction and friendship due to the highly personalised plan made for them. I cannot recommend or thank these people enough.
