We also appreciate your honest feedback about communication. Being notified promptly about any changes: whether a carer is unable to attend or there is a rota adjustment is essential and we understand how important this is for your preparation and peace of mind. We are actively improving our communication process to ensure updates are clearer, faster, and more consistent.
Your point about management having better oversight of your care plan and carer team is well taken. We're strengthening internal coordination so that any changes are planned more effectively and communicated with suitable alternatives in place.
