Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5
Many staff have left, but the remainder had no interest in the caring profession. Despite raising our concerns nothing changed. So we left.
Induction and training didn’t appear to exist it’s all done on the cheap. Many more management concerns that I can’t put on here. Buyer be aware.

I regret any dissatisfaction you experienced and sincerely apologize for the distress caused. I was made aware of your detailed email from December 2023 and am disappointed that earlier management did not address your concerns effectively. We have since introduced a new management team, with none of the previous members remaining. Under my direction, having successfully managed our Kendal branch since June 2022, we are identifying areas for improvement, including staff training and support. Our team is dedicated to rebuilding morale and ensuring that our care meets the high standards our clients and their families deserve.
