Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
The manager and her team are first class, nothing is too much trouble and they are always available to offer help and advice. In addition, when my mother has had a problem, one of them has always come out when notified, whatever the time of day or night, never leaving my mother on her own when something
has occurred.
The care, support, and advice have been amazing and we would highly recommend them without hesitation.

My husband has been supported by our local branch of Oxford (CQS) for many years now and as his needs have changed they have been there to help along the way.
We both feel very thankful to have the support of the wonderful staff, who we feel are part of the family. Not only do they support him but
also myself. I know that he is in safe hands.
I/we feel in control of his care, which has a normal weekly routine but is flexible if more or less care is needed on certain days.
Staff go above and beyond to ensure his care needs are met.

Very happy with the service you provide. My uncle enjoys their visits and has a good chat with them and he looks forward to seeing them at least twice a week.
If I have any problems or any concerns, I just phone the agency and they sort it out for me.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My sister has been supported by Allied Healthcare for a long time. She has complex care needs - both physically and emotionally and her circumstances fluctuate considerably. The service has developed and improved over time. Allied have proven adaptable to her needs and strive to be person centred. They
aim to be flexible and responsive within the constraints of the organisation.
The current manager of the service has been exceptional in seeking to provide a high quality, reliable and holistic service with high standards of care. The current care plan is highly individual and comprehensive.
The service provided is not always perfect but feedback is valued and considered. As a family member whose sister is very vulnerable I value being able to contact the agency and know that any concerns can be raised and will be addressed. We have an open and honest dialogue where differences of opinion can be freely articulated.

The care provided is professional, kind and caring, brightening up a person's day, and nothing is a problem. If we need help and advice, it’s always on hand. The office staff and carers go above and beyond to help. The managers always listen. Many thanks.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Allied Carterton have been caring for my nan for 3 years now, currently on a 40-hour basis (since November 2020). Nan has some mental health issues and can present frequent challenges to the team but they have been excellent, showing lots of patience, great communication and very flexible. Highly recommended.

Allied Healthcare continue to provide amazing care for my 92-year-old housebound godmother. She has complex needs including dementia and the team now visit multiple times a day. The communication and reliability is always excellent and Allied are quick to identify and respond to any changes required,
however small. My godmother has always wanted to maintain her independence and with Allied’s help we have been able to give her the support she needs to stay in her own home for as long as possible.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.975 for Care Quality Services West Oxfordshire is calculated as follows: ( (39 Excellents x 5) + (1 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 40 Ratings = 4.975

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Care Quality Services West Oxfordshire is based on 7 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 4.7
