Having been the sole carer for my husband for a number of years, it was difficult for me to admit that I needed more support for him. Following a recommendation, I contacted Right at Home who responded very quickly. The management team are friendly and approachable and any enquiries are dealt with efficiently. The carers provide both personal care and companionship and they have also been a listening ear for me. They always arrive with a cheerful welcoming smile! They treat my husband with respect and dignity. They also encourage him, whenever possible, to be independent and to make his own choices. His condition is quite complex and routine and familiarity are very important to him. I feel the carers have a good understanding of his needs and communicate really well with each other which results in a very person-centred approach to his care. Having some extra support has also been beneficial to my well-being. I only wish I’d engaged with carers earlier in my husband's journey.
The team at Right at Home (Mid Cheshire) really do care and has changed our lives for the better!
Right at Home (Mid Cheshire) were superb in their care of my dad. He came home from hospital and everything was slotted into place immediately. The carers were lovely and also explained to Mum that he was comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. It’s so good to hear the positive experiences of family members as well as clients.
I have nothing but good to say about girls that come to care for my husband. I'm absolutely delighted with the way they speak to him and care for him.
It is such a pleasure to have the opportunity to support your family. Thank you for the lovely review.
Excellent caring service both for care and companionship, great support and excellent relationship built up between my sister and the care staff. This has helped tremendously in establishing her condition and giving us peace of mind.
The services of Right at Home have been excellent. Management and care staff of the highest standard both to my husband and family. Visits are conducted in a friendly, professional and caring manner and have covered every aspect of his personal care and medication.
We are pleased with the service we receive between 9:30 am and 11:30 am. Very adaptable staff, willing to undertake any duty we require of them. Charming people, who are a pleasant sort of person to deal with.
Professional, caring and friendly care provider. Always reliable, on time, helpful and responded to my call and emails promptly. I felt fully reassured that my mum was being cared for by the wonderful caregivers who visited her, and they would always contact me if there were any issues/concerns following their visits.
Thanks for this very kind review of our care services. It's always great to hear from happy clients and we will be sure to share this with the CareGivers who support your Mum
I am very pleased with the help provided by Right at Home (Mid Cheshire) Northwich.
After four weeks in bed in hospital, I came home barely able to walk. My son arranged for Right at Home to visit me. It is with their help, support and encouragement over the last year that I have regained confidence and mobility. The management team are also friendly and helpful with little personal touches (like birthday cards) which make me feel they also care for my well-being.
Thanks for this lovely review. We always aim to get 5* in every area, if there's anything we can do to increase the couple of 4* up to 5* then please do let us know
The administration team have been excellent and attentive and responded in a timely and efficient way, and the carers have been kind supportive and very helpful.
The carers and I have been able to work well as a team to look after mum.

Meet the Team (5)
It has been a lifelong passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for over 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management Team with a market-leading national home care provider.
I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and businesses to help create a dementia friendly community.
My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family-run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.
My dad lived with dementia, so this is an area of care very close to my heart. My passion is to deliver the highest standard of care and support to people from all backgrounds who need help to remain in their own homes. Jo has a Level 5 Registered Managers Diploma.
I believe it’s important to always be learning and developing your skills and to ensure my team of amazing CareGivers have the skills, knowledge and support they need to provide outstanding care.
Outside of work I love being with my two daughters and my son. My nan is 103 and we have the best time together! I love anything to do with K-Pop, especially BTS and Stray Kids.
I am an avid reader and always have three or four books on the go at once. I love learning about other cultures, travelling and art.”
"I am the General Manager for Right at Home Mid Cheshire. My main duties are financial management, recruitment and ensuring that there is a high-quality service delivered.
I have worked in the care sector for 17 years. My hobbies include walking and being outside especially with my dog, watching various sports and travelling".
Karen has worked in Care for over 18 years, joined Right at Home in 2021, starting initially as a Caregiver. Karen then progressed to Senior Caregiver, then Team Leader and then Deputy Manager. She carries out Client assessments, Risk Assessments, Care Plans and supporting the Registered Manager and Office Team. Karen has successfully completed her Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma.
I love working in Care and am happy knowing that I've helped someone to remain independent and to stay in their own home.
Karen lives with her husband, 3 children and she loves reading, has a love for animals and enjoys walking her 2 dogs.
Bobbie-Anne joined the Right at Home Mid Cheshire family in 2022 as a Caregiver to start with. She was promoted to Senior Caregiver in 2023 and then further promoted to Care Coordinator. Her current role involves managing and organising the Clients/Caregivers rota's, not an easy task at all, but she still attends calls, Caregiver supervisions and spot checks.
When not at work, Bobbie-Anne lives with her husband and is a devoted Mum to her 4 boys, who mean the world to her.
