I know my dad is happy and safe in their care and that is invaluable. The service and care offered have been life-changing.
Thank you for your feedback, it is a pleasure to support and care for your dad.
Girls help me and nothing else to do.
Thank you for your kind words, it is a pleasure to help and support you, from the Right at Home Mid Cheshire care team.
Following a hip replacements revision, I had four of your ladies help for 14 days. Every day then alternate days for three visits; they were all lovely to have in my home. They helped with personal care, showers, hair and did jobs like the dishes, made my bed and left me with a cup of tea. Can't give them more praise. They were a great help to me.
It was an absolute pleasure to care for you and support you through your recovery period following your stay in hospital. We are glad that you enjoyed your visits and that the CareGivers proved to be helpful and many ways.
The Carers are all very helpful and friendly and have put the family at ease. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they always turn up on time and have been very understanding when I become upset.

The staff at Right at Home Mid Cheshire have been absolutely amazing with my parents, the family could not manage without their kind help and support. When one comes to realise that extra help is needed at home especially for personal care then one will be faced with having to consider what, how and from where can help and a reliable provider be found. For me Right at Home based in Winnington supply just such service by providing well trained and caring caregivers. An important factor also is the attention given ensuring that caregivers are compatible with an individual's needs. All this in addition to caregivers being on time for visits, phoning on the rare occasion if delayed and overall attention to detail, which to some may appeal relatively minor but give me and crucially my family, peace of mind.
Thank you for your very kind comments, it is a pleasure to help and care for you. From the Right at Home team.
Staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. They are punctual at all times.
Thank you for your very kind feedback, Right at Home is pleased to be able to provide you with your care and support.
My mum is a client of the Northwich team and I must say changing her care agency to Right at Home was the best thing I did for my mum. She absolutely loves the carers they are so professional, caring, friendly and most of all so efficient I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help.

I have been with her every day during this illness and can say that she has had the best care and kindness every visit, which has been such a help. I want to thank every one of the staff for everything, and their pleasant manner every visit.
Thank you for your very kind comments, it has been an absolute pleasure and a privilege to support you and your family with the care and support for such an amazing and inspirational lady.
I recently had a new hip and live on my own. I could not do much whilst hobbling around on two crutches. I decided to seek help at breakfast time and again at early evening/dinner time. I was lucky enough to find Right at Home close by and agreed on a sensible package. I was fortunate to have friendly, competent and experienced carers who were good company and gave me a real lift.
Thank you for your kind comments, it was our pleasure to support you and get you back on the road to recovery.
Right at Home came to the rescue after I was sent home from the hospital unable to walk and with no care in place. Although it was a weekend, I received immediate help and attention. Nothing was too much trouble, and I was so happy to have the dame career each day until I felt able to cope. What a difference a friendly face makes when you a feeling vulnerable through illness.

I have every confidence in all the carers and find them most helpful and trustworthy. I look forward to the visits. It's like a visit from a friend. My well-being has improved, eg making jam and cakes. Thank you all so much.
The care staff also look forward to their visits with you; it is fantastic to see the activities that you are able to do with the help and support of the Right at Home Mid Cheshire team.
We have seven days a week help, morning and night. I was expecting it to be intrusive to have strangers coming in the house early and late in the day but not at all. We have the same few ladies who have got to know my mother and her 'ways'. They are kind, respectful, always on time and do much more than then they need to; keeping the bedroom tidy, hanging up clothes, moisturising Mother's legs. They never rush, stay as long as it takes, so no rushing Mother which would get her agitated.
I hear lots of laughter coming from Mother's bedroom as they help her each day, which is reassuring to hear.
It is lovely to hear how the CareGivers are making a difference to your mother and helping her to keep living well at home.
The care team enjoy their time with your mother, doing what they can to support her each day, not rushing, being tidy and making our clients happy is what we strive to achieve.
I needed temporary help after a fall and help came immediately. The input was kind, efficient and responsive to my situation.
Thank you for your excellent feedback. We were so pleased to help you to get back on your feet again after your fall. The Right at Home Mid Cheshire team pride ourselves on being responsive and reliable. I am happy to see that we met your expectations.

Meet the Team (5)
It has been a lifelong passion of mine to run my own home care business. I’ve worked in the home care sector for over 15 years, including time spent as a CareGiver working my way up to being a Registered Manager and latterly as a part of the Senior Management Team with a market-leading national home care provider.
I have a Level 4 NVQ Registered Managers Award and am an active Dementia Champion in Crewe and Nantwich, delivering free information sessions to organisations and businesses to help create a dementia friendly community.
My real motivation comes from my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2014 following after living with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease for nearly 10 years. I grew up in Kendal, in the Lake District living next door to my Nan and Grandad and enjoyed many great years working for my Grandad in his family-run paint and wallpaper shop. As my Grandad’s Dementia progressed, he, of course, needed support and care as he started to struggle with his normal daily routine, and unfortunately, although much of his care was excellent, this wasn’t always the case. I use this as my constant guide to the quality of care we provide our Clients – “Would it have been good enough for my Grandad?” The answer must always be yes.
My dad lived with dementia, so this is an area of care very close to my heart. My passion is to deliver the highest standard of care and support to people from all backgrounds who need help to remain in their own homes. Jo has a Level 5 Registered Managers Diploma.
I believe it’s important to always be learning and developing your skills and to ensure my team of amazing CareGivers have the skills, knowledge and support they need to provide outstanding care.
Outside of work I love being with my two daughters and my son. My nan is 103 and we have the best time together! I love anything to do with K-Pop, especially BTS and Stray Kids.
I am an avid reader and always have three or four books on the go at once. I love learning about other cultures, travelling and art.”
"I am the General Manager for Right at Home Mid Cheshire. My main duties are financial management, recruitment and ensuring that there is a high-quality service delivered.
I have worked in the care sector for 17 years. My hobbies include walking and being outside especially with my dog, watching various sports and travelling".
Karen has worked in Care for over 18 years, joined Right at Home in 2021, starting initially as a Caregiver. Karen then progressed to Senior Caregiver, then Team Leader and then Deputy Manager. She carries out Client assessments, Risk Assessments, Care Plans and supporting the Registered Manager and Office Team. Karen has successfully completed her Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma.
I love working in Care and am happy knowing that I've helped someone to remain independent and to stay in their own home.
Karen lives with her husband, 3 children and she loves reading, has a love for animals and enjoys walking her 2 dogs.
Bobbie-Anne joined the Right at Home Mid Cheshire family in 2022 as a Caregiver to start with. She was promoted to Senior Caregiver in 2023 and then further promoted to Care Coordinator. Her current role involves managing and organising the Clients/Caregivers rota's, not an easy task at all, but she still attends calls, Caregiver supervisions and spot checks.
When not at work, Bobbie-Anne lives with her husband and is a devoted Mum to her 4 boys, who mean the world to her.
