Very efficient, well-run company with very nice carers - who go above and beyond the call of duty whenever possible.
They offer an excellent service and nothing is too much trouble and one of the best in Medway.

Do not use this care at all! Terrible services, tried to get in for my elderly family member with vascular dementia. No one is Dementia experienced, sometimes turned up with no ID badges or uniforms. No personal care, most times not fed and care plans not put in place. What we were told we were going
to get we never did! We have tried to make formal complaints, and even take it to social workers but unfortunately, it’s still an ongoing issue. Please do not use for care!

Although we cannot provide details on individual cases, we do not have the authority to compel individuals with dementia to act contrary to their wishes. We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social services, to provide support, but more importantly, to achieve the best outcomes for the people who we care for. Additionally, we maintain a strong system for addressing complaints, which is overseen by the operations manager. Furthermore, all of our personnel receive training from a qualified training manager with over 20 years of experience.

Used Austen Allen Homecare for over twelve months, very good service. Caring staff who were prompt, efficient pleasant to be with.
My wife had motor neurone disease and Austen Allen did everything they could to help me through the difficult time of her illness.
