Overall Experience  Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5

Our experience of this company is that they are absolutely awful. They left my uncle's house in a mess and unsanitory conditions. They were completely unable to respond to changed circumstances when my uncle came out of hospital feeling very shaky and unable to move around the house without the aid
of Zimmer frame. They did not put my uncle to bed and he was left sitting in a chair very confused - could have sat there all night if I had not called the district nurse to provide an emergency call. When i raised concerns I was just told that it was my 92-year old uncle's fault as he had not asked for help. My uncle does not want to be a bother to people.
I would recommend that anyone considering this company stays well away.

There are several reasons I am not impressed with Be Caring and would not recommend them:
They do a morning call for my frail mother who has several health issues, speech and hearing difficulty and severe mobility issues and is 90+ years. They are employed to do the usual morning wash/personal hygiene
1. The morning call can be at almost anytime and has been very late after 11am on quite a few occasions. This has been reported several times with limited improvement.
2. I found my mother's mouth was blocked with stale food, congealed blood (from bleeding gums) and saliva. She was extremely uncomfortable.
We no longer use the firm Be Caring and will never use them again.
