Having used other Care Agencies in the past I can honestly say that Hatzz are a world apart. The carers they sent to help my cousin through the end of her life were just that - caring - sounds obvious but usually they are not! She had the same carers all the time so was able to develop a lovely...
Having used other Care Agencies in the past I can honestly say that Hatzz are a world apart. The carers they sent to help my cousin through the end of her life were just that - caring - sounds obvious but usually they are not! She had the same carers all the time so was able to develop a lovely relationship with them. They went "over and above" in every way to make the end of her life as comfortable and happy as they possibly could. I can't speak too highly of this lovely family run team.

When my mum came back from a nursing home for palliative care, we were worried about the level of care we would get but after the first phone call, we had from the owner I was made to feel much more at ease. Together with her team, they have been wonderful with Mum. It can be quite hard to find...
When my mum came back from a nursing home for palliative care, we were worried about the level of care we would get but after the first phone call, we had from the owner I was made to feel much more at ease. Together with her team, they have been wonderful with Mum. It can be quite hard to find good carers.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in a similar situation. Thank you for everything you guys do for Mum.
