My sister has very complex care needs and can also be very challenging. When the council decided to change my sister's care agency, my family and I were concerned because she had gotten used to the people looking after her. As a family, we were asked to be part of finding the new carers. When Kemkare came to the family home to chat with us, we were all immediately impressed with the questions they were asking about my sister. They were clearly very caring and wanted to know as much as possible, so they were prepared if they got the account. My sister has had Kemkare look after her for the past 7 months. The staff, two in particular, are absolute angels. The family are kept informed about anything relating to my sister. The constant communication is impressive. If they have any concerns they’re on the phone immediately. As a family, we know my sister is being looked after, the care they provide is second to none. I have no reservations in recommending Kemkare.
Because my son is improving socially - eating with family, he's no more isolated and coming out of his shell. He is communicating better, he is a lot more confident and can be in the midst of other people.

I have worked within Health and Social care for over 17 yrs with a range of client groups, however, have found myself working more with older adults and other vulnerable people, their families and professionals involved in their care.
Although I have worked in many parts of London and Kent, the opportunity has arisen to serve the part of East London which is now my workplace for the past 18 months. It has been a satisfying experience, with the assistance of my dedicated team, to help the elderly, vulnerable and disabled carry on living as independently as possible, leading a fulfilled life in the comfort of their own homes.
Clients have informed us it is not always easy finding the right care for self or their loved ones. Their wish to carry on living in their home for as long as possible is highly desirable. It is this choice which I and my team of carers aim to fulfil, leading to the formation of Kemkare. It is hoped that it will become a national provider which places a huge emphasis on providing high-quality client-centred care with a vision and value to continue to empower others.
We are proud of our growing team of compassionate and caring care staff, who can provide good quality service that you or your loved ones deserve. We ensure our Care Staff are carefully recruited and then supported with excellent training resources and continuous guidance.
Career in Health and Social Care has exposed me to many different people and culture as well as taught me a lot personally and professionally. I feel it is now my turn and a privilege to help others develop in their career whilst caring with compassion for others in providing the best outcome possible for the elderly and disabled in all areas/Boroughs Kemkare will be opportune to serve.
We offer all types of home care - daily visits, live-in care, respite care, post-hospital discharge recovery, complex double-handed care, re-ablement etc.
