My mother often exhibited extremely challenging behaviour but the carers were patient and understanding. They took her out every day and kept her stimulated. They were willing to be flexible which helped me enormously as I do not live in London. They went beyond the call of duty, such as staying with her during a hospital admission when I was unable to be there (this happened on more than one occasion). It was a relief to know that my mother was in good hands and I felt wholly supported. The carers treated her with respect and helped her keep her dignity, especially towards the end of her life. I cannot recommend TLC highly enough. They provided exceptional care.

I found the staff at TLC Carers Ltd is kind and considerate. They are caring and knowledgeable, very helpful when you contact them. The care they provide to my mum is of an excellent standard. The carer is extremely good with my mum and treats her like her own mother. I find that so good when you can’t be there yourself. I would recommend the care company to anyone.
