The staff from the agency misleading the service user and also took people's personal details from the client's home. A female staff member from the office instructed the carer to take the details from the client's home without client authorisation. Also they have taken the client children's...
The staff from the agency misleading the service user and also took people's personal details from the client's home. A female staff member from the office instructed the carer to take the details from the client's home without client authorisation. Also they have taken the client children's details along with the details. If local authorities want to have proof I can provide, I can send CCTV recording and carer confession alongside.
