We have experience of several previous care companies and Paula Integrated Care is much better than all the others by a large margin. Carers are kind, industrious and understanding. The office have responded to our phone calls or queries with a frankly surprising speed and efficiency, very much unlike previous care companies. This is very reassuring for us and they have shown great respect towards me and my situation. We get the same carers on a regular basis which really helps develop that all important relationship and reassurance and means I don't have to tell my 'story' again and again, it's hugely appreciated. The carers know how to care for my partner, know what they can and can't do and work with them to see to their needs. It's a shame we can't mention the individual carers here as they are great and deserve the recognition. Our only complaint is that the company can sometimes overwork their carers. Carers need to be cared for so that they can care for us.

Carers are patient, friendly and helpful with my mum who can be a bit troublesome at times. Carers report any concerns. Any issues we have had get resolved in a timely manner. Mum is happy with the care she receives.

The service has been in place over a year now and my aunt has had a great service. The odd teething problem, but very easily sorted with a call and the office is good at listening to concerns and sorting things out and also suggesting quickly how they can help when things change for my aunt. She is happy with the carers and likes the consistency of the same carers, which means a lot for her and her family.

I have had a few different care providers for my mum whom I have been left more than disappointed with but Paula Integrated Care is by far the best I have ever had. They have never missed a visit and give excellent care. The carers I have excel in all areas. They are caring and very compassionate and provide the best care for my mum's needs. The office staff are always polite and helpful if I have a query. I would recommend them to anyone.

Always arrive when they say they will, or if delayed however slightly, will ring to say good morning, and we are on our way and give eta. The staff are so lovely, friendly and treat my brother with such empathy. Always wear PPE and respect his wishes. Treat us like their own family. So professional too. Look forward to their visit. They talk to my brother and make him feel at ease which is so important as he has a brain tumour and can suffer if he is woken up suddenly or not used to certain people. They always check we have everything we need and are happy with how things are being done. Thank you for being there for us when the system hasn’t.

My introduction to Paula Integrated Care Ltd was through the district nurses who were attending to the needs of my wife who has Dementia and other health issues. I had been caring for my wife for some time but had begun to need help with toileting, bathing and the service which the carers provide is excellent. We have never needed any home care before and did not know what to expect but the carer from Paula Integrated Care is now in the third week of visiting my wife to help her get washed and dressed every morning and we must say we have been delighted with the service. They arrive on time every day even though they have to travel from Manchester to Merseyside. They are always friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very professional in what they do but most of all they have a cheerful manner which immediately put my wife at ease from day one. They always ask how we are and how we are coping and show a genuine interest in our responses. We would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.
