I say this wholeheartedly and totally 100% truthfully that the 2 girls who look after me, are the best carers I've ever had. I don't know how I'd get through my dreary day without them, physically and emotionally they've got me covered. Apart from the physical support they're here to provide, they actually
bring joy and happiness to my existence here...as I put my life at the moment, as I feel its on hold waiting for an op that will much improve me afterwards...I just can't put into words how wonderful they are and how much I truly appreciate all that they do for me, and not forgetting even helping with my 3 boys(my cats and absolute world) they are just fantastic girls, proper angels they are...even when I'm being unashamedly difficult they're still here with a smile on their faces.

I cannot thank Walfinch W&M enough for the incredible care and support they have provided for my aunt. From the moment they stepped, their professionalism, kindness, and dedication have been outstanding. The caregivers she has had since May last year have been and continue to be compassionate, attentive
and patient with my aunt. They continue to ensure her comfort, safety, and well-being, whether it's assisting with daily tasks or providing companionship. The communication from the team has also been excellent, they keep us informed and are always responsive to any questions or concerns.


It is such a relief knowing my aunt is in such good hands. Walfinch continue to make a difficult situation so much easier for our family, and we are incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality elderly care.

From my first contact with the manager to this day I have been very impressed by the way they have conducted themselves with my mother and other family members. The manager and care providers have been punctual, professional, caring, supportive and helpful. My mother treats them as her own daughters.
The fact that they are able to communicate in Punjabi has been a blessing. We have had other people caring but my mother did not take to them and wanted them stopped. I can't thank them enough for the difference they have made to my mother's wellbeing.

We are a few years with Walfinch now, thanks to the owner of the company, the service which my disabled son receives is still very good, full of respect and our voice is being carefully listen to when we raise any issues. We recommend this company to all.

Great a service. I will recommend everyone who need some support. The Cares are very helpful. At the moment they are helping with household duties. They will do some hoovering, washing the dishes, preparing and put in washed machine a clothes, helps with bathing and etc.

My mother has been with 6 different care agencies over the years, i can hand on heart say that this is hands down the best agency she has had taking care of her. The care and attention that she receives is unmatched, they treat my mom as though she was a member of their own family.. The management,
the staff, right down to the carers themselves are always available should we need them at short notice, no matter if it is on a weekend, they are always there and only too willing to meet whatever need my mom has.. Money cannot buy the love and care that whalfinch provides... My family and i are comforted to know that my mom is in safe and loving hands, which she so richley deserves after 50 years as a nurse in this country... Thank you whalfinch..

After trying two other care agencies without achieving the desired results, we were introduced to Walfinch Care-and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their expertise and compassion are truly exceptional. Every member of their team, especially their lead service manager, demonstrates genuine understanding
and consistently goes above and beyond to meet the client's needs.


My mother, a cancer survivor, has received outstanding care from Walfinch. In the early stages, her care was particularly complex, involving daily stoma changes and a strict regimen of multiple acute medications. Walfinch managed everything with professionalism and empathy, which brought us immense peace of mind.


I wholeheartedly recommend Walfinch Care to friends and family, and wish them continued success in delivering such excellent service.

We are very lucky to have such fantastic carers with the added bonus of the two regular carers are also nurses. They are always on time, very kind and friendly and highly organised. Everything is left clean and ready for the next visit - this is particularly important since my husband has been sent
home from hospital with a feeding tube which they handle very efficiently ( I really don't feel competent to deal with that myself). I am very pleased we have been given the same carers as we had before the 3 weeks hospital stay, which is very reassuring for all of us. They also helped me during the hospital admission when I had no idea what to do. They are very calm, do their work efficiently and never feel rushed. We are extremely pleased with the management side of Walfinch as well, who always sort out things that crop up even at the last minute.

Very impressed with the level of care.
Carers are always on time and if cannot make it there is always another carer to complete the shift also risk assessments are always done if there are any new changes in circumstances.
The manager is always available.

Walfinch Windsor have been amazing from start to end. They stepped in quickly when my mum needed emergency support and brought great relief both to her and myself. The management and carers were all warm, kind, respectful and delivered a very high quality of care. It made a great deal of difference
to my mum's anxiety to be able to have the same carer most of the time. Fantastic service and lovely people.

The manager and her marvellous group of carers have looked after our Mum, from April 2021 to December 2022.
The ladies who have cared for our mum, have been coming in three times a day and they all have been absolutely excellent, kind, caring, considerate and very professional but most of all friendly,
chatting to mum and making her feel safe and cared for.
They have supported Mum and cared for Mum and really helped her at home to enable her to stay living at home, for as long as she wanted to, actually until she was nearly 90 years old.
A very big thank you to the manager and all her team, Mum and her three sons, have no hesitation recommending the manager and her marvellous team to anyone who needs first-class care.

Walfinch Windsor & Maidenhead took on my father's care package in February 2022. My father was elderly, frail, had mobility issues and suffered from cancer.
A good cultural fit was very important for our family due to language barriers, as well as having a long-term carer. My father resisted change
and numerous carers would have caused him unnecessary anxiety.
Walfinch were able to find us an Indian long-term live-in carer. Our carer developed a beautiful bond with my father and became good friends, which meant she was always happy to go the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble for her and we cannot thank her enough. Both she and the second carer were always keen to learn and stay on top of the day-to-day changes.
The management team were always available and on hand to help if needed. Our father passed away six months later and the love and support they provided at this time were second to none. They were fully conversant with the rituals that needed to be observed.

Walfinch have provided genuinely caring and compassionate support for my father over the last year, treating him with dignity and respect at all times. They were always reliable and dealt with all the emergencies that inevitably arise with caring for the elderly quickly and efficiently. Living some
distance from my father, it was a great comfort to know that they would provide extra support as soon as he needed it, and he would not be left to struggle on his own. They were extremely flexible and responsive when care needs changed. Communication was excellent, and I felt they understood him as an individual. The care that Walfinch provided meant that my father was able to maintain his independence and spend his final days in his own home as he had wished.
Having had previous experience with other care companies, we feel that we struck gold with Walfinch, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

My mother's carers have gone over and above that which I expected. They have dealt with medical emergencies and household emergencies with professionalism, and at all times, are concerned for my mothers' welfare. A very caring team. A very helpful and understanding team leader.
I am updated on a regular
basis.
When extra hours are unexpectedly required, the extra care is provided.
I would not hesitate to recommend your service.
