My neighbour who became a friend died at home in April this year. She had received extremely flexible and supportive care from Good Oaks since September 2025. Her husband had been in hospital since early July 2025 and was discharged into a local nursing and care home in September 2025. She had come to know the manager and care workers at Good Oaks very well as they had provided outstanding care for her husband since the previous November 2024. She felt very relaxed to spell out her personal care needs and accept support at a time when she was feeling very unsettled by her husband's absence and declining health. During the time she received care from Good Oaks, her needs and wishes varied and she was always treated with respect and her requirements were accommodated. She felt their friendship and care which helped a great deal during a difficult time.

I have used other care companies in the past, Good Oaks are by far the best, they go further than is necessary to assist and nothing is too much trouble or difficult for them to simply say 'Yes'. Even funding a carer to get shopping and adding the cost to the bill at the end of month as an example.

The team that manages the whole operation are excellent as well and very easy to talk to, and they do their best to make sure everything is working well.

I honestly don't know what we'd do without the team at GoodOaks Wimbledon. Finding reliable home care in Wimbledon for my mum felt overwhelming at first, but from the very beginning they've been supportive, professional and genuinely kind.

The carers visit twice a day to help Mum get dressed in the morning and settled for bed in the evening, as I'm not always able to be there myself. Knowing she has consistent, compassionate care gives me real peace of mind. The team are always punctual, patient and treat her with such warmth and dignity - it never feels rushed or clinical.

Communication has been excellent too. I'm kept informed and reassured that Mum is safe, comfortable and well looked after in her own home, which was so important to us as a family.

Good Oaks have been fantastic for my mum. We have 2 live-in carers that alternate, and both are kind, patient, and have quickly become a part of the family - Mum has really bonded with them. I've been using Good Oaks for the past 18 months to provide waking night care for my elderly mother, and they've been great. The carers are experienced and reliable, the administration is hassle-free, and the staff are so responsive and respond speedily, which I really appreciate. All in all, they're first-rate.

Also, the timings were great to start out, but the carers are turning up at all sorts of times now which again, is extremely frustrating.
