Overall Experience
It has been a difficult time for care companies due to the shortage of people who want to do it.
Good Oaks have never let us down and Dad is always happy with the service he gets.
Good Oaks is a smaller company and as a customer, I really feel the more personal touch for this type of business is better. (We were let down by one of the more "established" companies).

I really do rate them 5 stars and thanks to all their staff.

Overall Experience

I am very happy with the whole service. I have been treated with dignity and consideration. The carers really care about you and nothing is too much trouble. I am so lucky to have them. I cannot speak highly enough about them.
