My husband at 92 years of age sadly passed away in early December this year. Before that, we had received honest, heartfelt care from Right at Home helping us to cope with everyday requirements and we got to know the carers, their personalities, and their genuine caring spirit which we are grateful for.
The help has meant I can continue living at home and when necessary, visit local shops with them. Right at Home was the only agency with a five-star rating that has produced at care.
We have been using Right at Home for a number of years and have been very satisfied with the level of service and the carers that have been provided. We would recommend.
The managing director and his team have supported my mother in sickness and health, consistently providing kindness as well as care and going out of their way to look after her needs. They have been professional, reliable and good humoured, greatly exceeding my expectations. I am most grateful.
We have been so delighted with the opportunity to support your mother. She has been very spirited and a real pleasure to care for. We wish her all the best in her journey at her next venue! We were very sad to see her leave Abbeyfield and do hope that she is settling in well with her new community.
Right at Home have been providing care for my mother daily for the last eighteen months. They are extremely reliable and efficient. They always contact me immediately to let me know of any problems etc. My family and I are all very happy with the service we receive and that gives us peace of mind as my sisters, brother and I all live some considerable distance from our mother.
We have been delighted to see the progress that your mother has made over the time that we have been with her and that she continues to access lunch club twice a week. It has been a pleasure to support her and her family, who have been so supportive too.
All the carers were very good and the support we got from Right at Home was fantastic, so a big thank you to the managing director and the team for looking after Mum so well.
We were so delighted to be able to attend to your mother's care needs. It was a privilege to be able to get to know her and help her. It helps so much when a supportive family is engaging and aligning with our values too.
Mum is very happy with her carers and it's great for her to have different people to talk to and companionship that the family are unable to meet. She quite often prefers them to help her rather than her family who are not trained in nursing.
We have been so delighted to support your mother since last year. She has proved to be a wonderful resilient and happy person. Thank you for the opportunity of giving us to care for her.
When I came out of hospital after a hip replacement, they came in and helped shower me cand clean the house. They were so supportive and encouraging with a smile. Thank you all.
We loved being able to see you each day and are delighted that you are getting back to fighting fit. Thank you for your time with us.
For over a year the Managing Director and his team at Right At Home Aylesbury have been looking after dad and his home during what has been a very difficult time for him and the family. They made it possible for him to remain in his own home which was so very important following the death of his wife. Quite simply the family would not have coped without them. The carers were patient, thoughtful, and understanding, and during the last few weeks increasingly needed to carry out very awkward tasks. It's difficult to single out any one specific carer but I would like to say a special thank you to his main carer who frequently went above and beyond the call of duty. A truly caring carer.
As a team we have been delighted to support your father at home at a difficult time for him. The team has embraced his sense of humour, and penchant for coffee and chocolate, and had some fascinating conversations with him about his career and interests! We are sad to say goodbye but pleased to...
The support we have had from the carers and management team has been amazing. My mother was very reluctant to accept care but all the staff worked to gain her trust and support her to stay in her own home with both patience and kindness. I really feel that they have treated her as if she was their own beloved relative. They were also very flexible in adapting the level of care and support depending upon my availability and holidays which was a huge help to me personally. I thoroughly recommend their service.
Our team have so enjoyed supporting your mother to stay safe and supported in her home. It always helps so much when we are assured of the loving care that our clients have from their own family. It has been a real pleasure knowing that we can help our clients and their families.
Right at Home Aylesbury have been providing home care for my elderly mother who has dementia. All the carers have been uniformly excellent and I could not be more grateful or recommend this service more highly. Look no further.
Thank you for your submission. We have been delighted to support your mother at home. She has been utterly charming to our team of caregivers, and it has been a pleasure to work with the family to ensure that she is well supported and catered for.
I think my overall rating of the service is good. However, the direct observation of interaction with each of the carers has been more limited, due to my location, in comparison to my sister and brother-in-law. Set up and ongoing management of the service has been generally excellent and very responsive to my mother's changing circumstances and needs since June 2022. However, I have some reservations about rating the staff above 'satisfactory' at present, as I have perceived quite a significant turnover of different carers, of variable experience/quality, over the 4-5 months. This is probably attributable to the current pressures on the social care sector and staff recruitment/retention challenges nationally than to the Right at Home service and working conditions. I would simply comment that some carers have proved more experienced and proactive on the job than others (who tend to wait to be asked or told to undertake certain tasks, rather than seeking out what needs doing).
Thank you for your considered review. We are always constantly assessing how clients and their families are receiving our service. The training of staff remains a key priority to ensure that they continue to develop and offer an outstanding care service to our clients. Person - centred care is at...
I cannot fault the care given nor the attitude and manner of carers and their 'seniors'. My parents after initially refusing care, adore their carer nothing is beneath her. She is so obliging. She is starting to feel like a friend.
Thankyou for such a great review. We are delighted to be working with your wonderful parents to lighten the load for them and their supportive family.
My uncle originally engaged Right at Home to help with administration when he was starting to find that difficult and they supported him with this and then with his increasing needs through his remaining year. The genuine personal level of care that they have shown for him has been absolutely outstanding. Particularly in having an strong awareness of his situation and changing needs and taking the personal responsibility to ensure he had the required care. With no family anywhere nearby their support has been essential to him and invaluable to us as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending them
Thank you for your positive review. Your uncle was truly a very special person and we were delighted to be able to support him at home, and being able to help him with his changing needs. It is always comforting to know what a supportive wider family that he had and we shall remember him with great affection.
I find the staff all very good at their work and always willing to do anything you ask them to do. I am very very happy with them.
We are always delighted to see you and offer the right service.
Our family is very happy with the care we have received with this company. All of their staff are friendly and genuinely care about their clients. Their communication is excellent and they have gone above and beyond our expectations in trying to work out our care schedule.
We are delighted to be working with you and your family to offer your father the best care that he deserves. He is exceptionally well supported by his family, and this always makes a real difference to us in offering that person-centred care every day. Thankyou for your kind words and support.
I'm very happy with the service provided by Right at Home. The caregivers are friendly, helpful and efficient and always ready to listen to me and my problems and spend time chatting if I need it.
Dear Brenda, we are delighted to be able to support you at home and make effort to help out in any way that makes your quality of life better after each time that we visit.
Finally! A care company that is honest and actually cares about its clients and staff more than making money. You won't get any lies or underhanded tricks here. They won't con you into thinking that they will cover your care when they can't. And they're not going to hit you with hidden charges either.
It is always so good to get some positive feedback. We will above all try to be open, honest and professional in how we deliver care to our clients. Your comments make all the difference to our team.
Very caring and helpful and cope with requests of help made by me. Some jobs can be difficult and personal. Very friendly staff.
We always enjoy visiting Winnie and often learn from her extensive insight into Thame life. Thank you for being such a wonderful client.
My mum was hospitalised following a fall at the end of March 2021. She was in the hospital for 2 months before being transferred to a nursing home for more rehab and rest. She was discharged home with carers from Right at Home calling in 3 times a day. My mum is so pleased to be back home and the transition to settling in at home has been a very pleasurable experience for her due to the excellent carers that have been put in place to help her with all aspects of her care. They are an excellent company, the manager has been brilliant. I would highly recommend. It is so satisfying to know that my mum is receiving the best possible care. It is truly appreciated.
Your mum has been the most wonderful person to welcome back home. It is a pleasure to care for her and make her feel at home after such a long break, and she always brightens up our day when we go to visit.
