Right at Home Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern was originally founded following the managing director's close involvement with the care of a family member. After witnessing first hand the dedication of professional caregivers who would go the extra mile, they were inspired to create a service where Clients feel comfortable and valued during every visit.

A small but growing team of professional CareGivers, Right at Home Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern support each other to support their wonderful Clients. They are a family owned, family feel business, offering best in class training and development to their CareGivers as well as focusing on the wellbeing of their wonderful Clients every day of the year.

Each client has a care package tailor-made to suit their health needs, lifestyle and wishes in receiving care and all care visits are minimum of 1 hour long, giving Client and CareGiver the luxury of time to get to know each other without being rushed.

The team of care workers are fully trained and Enhanced DBS checked. They operate a continuous improvement policy with regular reviews and checks to maintain quality care for clients and Care Givers.

As a result, Clients look forward to seeing CareGivers every day because they know that they lighten up their lives and make them feel special, quite apart from offering expert and safe care.

The field-based CareGivers enjoy genuine support from the office team, and are trained to deliver the best possible care. The team across the board continue to learn and develop their skills through ongoing training and support.

Clients live in communities in Aylesbury and surrounding villages as far as Thame, Princes Risborough, Wendover, Aston Clinton, Haddenham. Care Givers live locally too and have a common bond with Clients, knowing the area well. It is the wonderful relationships that Clients build with CareGivers that ensure the best of service is provided.

I am extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the carers who have been attending to my Brother-in-law. They have made a real difference to his mood as well as the excellent personal care they give him. I am particularly pleased with the communication and keeping me up to

Giles is leading a team of highly experienced Registered Manager and carers and is determined to improve the quality of care for all the communities that he and his team serve. He has had over 25 years of management experience in managing complex teams and is applying this to a growing team of dedicated carers.
