I'm very happy with the service provided by Right at Home. The caregivers are friendly, helpful and efficient and always ready to listen to me and my problems and spend time chatting if I need it.

Finally! A care company that is honest and actually cares about its clients and staff more than making money. You won't get any lies or underhanded tricks here. They won't con you into thinking that they will cover your care when they can't. And they're not going to hit you with hidden charges either.

Very caring and helpful and cope with requests of help made by me. Some jobs can be difficult and personal. Very friendly staff.

My mum was hospitalised following a fall at the end of March 2021. She was in the hospital for 2 months before being transferred to a nursing home for more rehab and rest. She was discharged home with carers from Right at Home calling in 3 times a day. My mum is so pleased to be back home and the transition to settling in at home has been a very pleasurable experience for her due to the excellent carers that have been put in place to help her with all aspects of her care. They are an excellent company, the manager has been brilliant. I would highly recommend. It is so satisfying to know that my mum is receiving the best possible care. It is truly appreciated.

This service is trustworthy, reliable and operates with integrity. They have helped me arrange correspondence, administration and helped around the home. I enjoy their company and they have helped me with cooking meals and light cleaning. I would be happy to recommend them thoroughly.

I am extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the carers who have been attending to my Brother-in-law. They have made a real difference to his mood as well as the excellent personal care they give him. I am particularly pleased with the communication and keeping me up to date with his day to day condition. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Following a period of five years seeking carers and overseeing the In Homecare of his own mother, Giles launched Right at Home Aylesbury Vale and Chiltern in 2020, with a mission to become an established high-quality provider of In Home Care across Mid Buckinghamshire. Giles is leading a team of highly experienced Registered Manager and carers and is determined to improve the quality of care for all the communities that he and his team serve. He has had over 25 years of management experience in managing complex teams and is applying this to a growing team of dedicated carers.

Kelly Parkes

Kelly has extensive experience in the Homecare Sector, supporting vulnerable clients at home, both working with Local Authority contracts as well as supporting Self-Funded clients. She has supported a range of conditions, including Parkinsons, Dementia, Learning Disabilities. She has had experience as a Carer before taking roles as a field care supervisor, Quality Manager, and Registered Manager in a busy office supporting over 500 hours of care each week across multiple locations with a team of 25 carers. Kelly joined Right at Home Aylesbury in 2024 and has achieved an Outstanding score in recent Audits, as well as a 5-star Work Buzz status in 2026 regarding client and Carer feedback.

Kelly has a busy family and lists kayaking, paddleboarding, and walking in the woods when she is relaxing.
