Bravo Care

I would not recommend this agency for anyone that have vulnerable family members. The staffs have no training to care for people with special needs or vulnerable adults.The night staff are always sleeping and do not have the training to look after vulnerable people. They are brought into the country on COS. They are given care jobs that they have not been trained for. The agency is run with the staffs doing overworked and then coming to do night, they are sleeping. The owner is always absent. Always rude and have no business ethics. One of her staff abuse my special needs son. No apology instead she called and was aggressive and abusive. She did not have any document and paper work to show, when asked to produce her care plan and risk assessment done for her service to my son. No signed documentation. Just typed up copied from my son care plan. Most information she highlighted were false and not relevant to my son. All she increase pay rate without notice. I will not recommend.
