My experience has been a great pleasure, well looked after by friendly and reliable carers.
Always the same carer and female carer for a female client is most beneficial. Flexible timetabling is helpful e.g. to accommodate urgent hospital admissions. Dealing with disabilities, e.g. incontinence and dementia, is very professional.
Carer and Manager are professional.
Consistent with their standards of care.
Excellent service and communication is easy and excellent with them.
They arrive on time.
Overall the care is excellent.
Thank you for the kind words. We are happy to hear you happy with our service.
Affinity Care have been excellent in caring for my dad, the manager in particular has always conducted herself in the most professional and caring manner, always on time, courteous, kind and her paperwork is second to none. I have detailed reports of each visit and I receive regular messages immediately with any concerns or prompts for Dad's needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Affinity Care to anyone, my dad has had the most traumatic year and I feel completely at ease with his care.
Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us.
Comfortable and comforting help and care. Uplifting presence and wonderful help.
Thank you so much for sharing your responses with us.
First class professional and friendly service. Gives Mum's family peace of mind knowing she is being cared for in a way where she still has her dignity and independence. But we have the security knowing she is safe when family are not there.
