The care I received was prompt, sympathetic, kind and helpful and I was so grateful to those who attended. They came along the day before I had surgery too and made sure I was spotless in preparation! They were also good company. I would definitely use them again if the need arose, so thanks Chislehurst Healthcare.
Thank you so much, Jane, for your kind words. It was truly our privilege to support you, get to know you, during such a challenging time. At Chislehurst Healthcare, we believe care is not only about practical support, but also about dignity, reassurance and companionship when it matters most. Your...
We heard about Chislehurst Healthcare through a friend at an opportune moment when my mother (who is 79 with early onset Alzheimers) had just fractured her wrist after a fall at home, meaning the level of support she needed changed. This was the first time we have considered using any form of care for mum and I won't lie - we were sceptical. Mum is fiercely independent and that's what keeps her so strong in these older years, so how do we find the right care partner to help maintain that independence but give mum the additional support she needs? Chislehurst healthcare was the answer. There are many things we enjoy about their service but what trumps it all is the carers themselves. They take their time to really get to know mum and just enjoy spending time with her, whilst subtly ticking off those care needs she has. Although mum's wrist is now healed, the care continues and offers us ongoing peace of mind which is invaluable.
Thank you deeply for your heartfelt words, they truly resonate with us. Supporting your wonderful mum has been a delight; her resilience, wisdom, and infectious spirit continue to inspire our entire team. Whether singing along to her beloved 60s hits in the kitchen, dancing spontaneously, or...
starting using Chislehurst healthcare, at end of January,so far very impressed, have been on time each day, which is very important when you have disabilities, like myself, all carers have been first class, and done all that we have asked, the only problem I had would be the invoicing system, but 100% recommend them
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Chislehurst Healthcare. We are truly delighted to hear that you have been impressed with our care and that our team has met your expectations in both professionalism and reliability. Ensuring consistency and high-quality support,...
After our dad came out of hospital following several falls, we needed to be sure that he was going to be safe at night. We became aware of Chislehurst Healthcare as an option, and they visited Dad in hospital and went through a list of questions and issues prior to discharge to assess him and reassure him and us. The process was made easy by the professionalism and patience of the staff at this early stage. I was not present during the actual care stage as I had to return to my home, but felt reassured that someone would be there if he fell again. As he became stronger and more confident, the service was no longer needed - this is no reflection on the staff who were helpful and courteous. Although Dad became worried about the cost, we feel that the peace of mind for us knowing that he was safe outweighs that. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are so pleased that our team was able to provide peace of mind for you and your father during what was undoubtedly a challenging period. Our priority is always to ensure that our clients feel safe, supported, and cared for, and we are glad...
My sisters and I live far away and knowing that care was in place allowed us to be less stressed and they kept us up to date at all times.
We're grateful for your feedback and so pleased that our night carers played a role in helping your father regain his mobility and confidence. It was a privilege to be part of his journey back to independence. We understand how important it is for families to have reassurance, especially when...
The persons employed to care for me were very good in the care given, they were friendly and joined in with watching TV before bed time. Were vigilant and rapidly responded when needed. They made sure that I knew when they were leaving in the morning. I have no complaint with them. In my opinion the price charged for the service is very expensive for the service given, that is why I did not renew the service.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that our carers provided good care, were friendly, and responsive to your needs. We also appreciate your honesty regarding pricing. Our fees reflect the level of expertise, time, and care we dedicate to ensuring our clients receive the best possible...
At very short notice the manager and her colleagues agreed to provide short-term care for my elderly mother who was recovering at home following an operation. The care was excellent. Thank you Chislehurst Health Care. I would highly recommend it and would have no hesitation to use their services again.

From the very first telephone call, Chislehurst Healthcare have been consistently responsive, efficient, supportive and compassionate. My father has now had two sessions with a delightful carer, doing light physical exercises which he thoroughly enjoyed. It is early days, but even in this short time, I have noticed his mood is visibly lifted and he is looking forward to the next visit. Moreover, my mother is able to get some respite during visits - to go to her aqua classes and the shops with full peace of mind that my father is in safe hands. I am so glad we made the call to Chislehurst Healthcare when we did.
Thank you so much for sharing such wonderful feedback. It's incredibly rewarding to hear how our team has been able to bring positive energy and support to both your father and mother. Knowing that he's enjoying the exercises and feeling uplifted, while your mother gets a well-deserved break, is...
The team have been extremely responsive and adaptable to the changing circumstances of my husband's health over the last few months. They have ensured we have received the support as and when we have needed it. Having consistency in the carers means my husband has become comfortable with having their support and they have made a significant improvement to the quality of his life. They have made a big difference for us both.

Very sensitive to my mum's needs and wishes, gaining her confidence over the few weeks they have been working with her. Thorough but not intrusive where mum still feels she wants to maintain control. Excellent communication and feedback to me from individual carers.
I fully recommend the company.

I need not have been concerned, they did an excellent job, and my dad was happy with them. They went above and beyond to ensure my dad was comfortable and even enjoyed some chat with him.
There would be no question that I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a break, anyone looking after loved ones will know how important and relieving a break is.
My thanks to four members of staff in particular, you have made my life easier.

Chislehurst Healthcare cannot be faulted for its dedication to its clients and their relatives. Care plans are made and constantly reviewed as required. In addition to caring for their clients, the support they give relatives is amazing. I am very pleased that I chose this firm to care for my elderly aunt.

The service is great. Very helpful when I needed them. I would have them again in the future should I need the service. Maybe in the future, you could consider employing someone who can use sign language. A possible deaf cleaner?
