ABS have been looking after my mum for over a year now with 3 or 4 visits a day, while I'm away overseas, and they have consistently gone above and beyond in flexibility, care and support especially surrounding multiple hospital stays, and all the little things that we aren't able to do from a distance. The manager of mums team is great with communications, keeps us updated with all happenings, has always made himself available when we need him to deal with an unexpected event, and handles things so competently.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ABS if you're in need of home based care.

The care for my mum with dimentia has been excellent by a girl named Arooj. She really knows how to deal with an elderly person with limited mobility and cognitive function. Arooj has been amazing so far. Very attentive, punctual, polite and extremely professional!

ABS have been providing care for my mother for a little over 3 years now. The care shown by the agency has been exemplary. The carers provided have been excellent in caring for my mother. They have been very caring, flexible, and encouraging to my mother.

ABS have been providing care for my mother for a little over 3 years now. The care shown by the agency has been exemplary. The carers provided have been excellent in caring for my mother. They have been very caring, flexible, and encouraging to my mother.
The agency is flexible and will always try to help wherever possible. On a recent issue where my mother was unexpectedly discharged from hospital at 8.30pm, a call to the agency had a carer at Mum's home within half an hour or so, to help her get settled back in.
They do her shopping, cleaning, and when required, accompany her to hospital appointments. Even taking her to the occasional coffee morning when i can persuade Mum to go.
I have been very pleased indeed with the service provided which has saved my sanity on a number of occassions.
The agency is flexible and will always try to help wherever possible. On a recent issue where my mother was unexpectedly discharged from hospital at 8.30pm, a call to the agency had a carer at Mum's home within half an hour or so, to help her get settled back in.

ABS have constantly gone above and beyond for my mother. Their professionalism, compassion and kindness are second to none, and I speak as someone who has had a LOT of experience with care agencies! I have total faith and trust in them as a company, and always feel they are doing their absolute best by my mother. The carers take a common sense approach to situations, and always demonstrate a can-do attitude, which is VERY refreshing after some of the previous experiences I have had with local agencies. Communication between the head office and myself is excellent, and the carers always very promptly highlight any concerns which the office staff then relay back to me. I didn't know care provisions could be this good because it hasn't been in my experience before! I cannot recommend ABS highly enough.

Professional, organised, communicative and above all, truly caring. My nonagenarian father was kindly and attentively looked after in his own home during his final years, by personal care experts from ABS Care, who helped him to shower and dress - and who knew how to coax him with gentle firmness and humour. Whenever I contacted the office, they answered immediately and responded to any new requests with amazing promptness and efficiency. The fees are really reasonable too.

An ABS carer comes to our home twice a week. She is lovely and caring for my wife who has early dementia and therefore not easy to communicate with. ABS is also very flexible with timings as we sometimes have to alter times.
