Overall Experience
From the very start of using Radfield Home Care Loughborough, we have been very pleased with all aspects of care for Mutti. All the carers have been kind, compassionate, trustworthy and interested in helping. This includes walking Bailey, the dog, cleaning, shopping and more recently assisting with medication. Always done in a cheerful friendly way, promoting independence where possible.
Both the Director and the Manager have gone out of their way to accommodate Mutti's ever-changing needs and have brought much-needed support to Mutti and myself, and my family.

Overall Experience
Fantastic service, punctual and friendly carers.
Management are always available to speak to and even come out and do the calls, unlike a lot of companies.

I would definitely recommend Radfield Home Care.

Overall Experience

We needed to find a care provider quickly to help us when my father (who is 90) came out of hospital in late February 22, having had a bad chest infection which turned into pneumonia. Radfield Homecare responded immediately and were able to put care provision in quickly. The care they provide is always reliable - providing backup cover in the event of unexpected illness, the staff are friendly and approachable and respectful of my Dad. We are always alerted of any issues promptly and have no concerns about the quality of his care.

Its been a pleasure supporting dad to live independently since being discharged from the hospital 3 months ago.
