It is very reassuring to know that while I take a break (which I received as a result of the Carer’s Assessment), my husband is well cared for. The members of the team that visit have all been very friendly and helpful. If I need to change my break or have a question, the manageress is always quick to respond and ensures my needs are met. It is quite a new company and is certainly efficient in its operation.
I have been having care for my mum now for coming on a year, perhaps more, not sure but I can definitely say all the carers coming in have been so good and kind to my mum. It is so nice to have the same consistent people coming in both for my mum and myself to have peace of mind and reliability.

- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.
