The care company were excellent in every way in Caring for my husband. Always came with a smile and plenty of chat. On his passing, they went above and beyond whilst being a shoulder for me they offered to wash him and make him comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anything more. They were incredible.

I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Simply amazing.

Over the last 4 months specifically Vintage have given my mum outstanding care after a hospital visit. Alongside that, they also supported the family as we all learned to cope with a big increase in Mum's needs. As it has been a constantly changing picture, they have been both helpful and flexible in adapting to Mum's needs. All the staff are very friendly and always do their best to assist Mum and cheer her up with their cheeriness. We are very grateful to all at Vintage.

My grandad was looked after by Vintage Social Care from June 2023 to September 2023. It made me feel super comfortable that the team cared for him even if it was for a short amount of time, they were all so caring towards my grandad and to us as a family. The management team are so supportive and lovely, I would recommend Vintage to anyone in need. A big thank you to all of you!

Vintage definitely gets a 100% score from me. I have had their care and support for my husband for over 2 years now. The support includes me and our extended family. When my husband was in hospital before Christmas they regularly phoned to check on his progress and to see that I was okay and whether I needed anything. If I have a crisis they are here within 5 minutes being a local company is a big plus. The carers are always on time, if they are delayed they let me know. Always cheerful and smiling very confident in doing procedures. We look forward to seeing them. A big thank you to management and all the carers.

Outstanding company. Kind and thoughtful staff and management. I can not recommend this company enough they always go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. All staff I have come across personally have been respectful, well-trained and kind. The management team are supportive, friendly and helpful. I can not say one bad thing about this company or its staff. I will keep on recommending to everyone I know. Five stars all the way.

So far they have exceeded our expectations.

Vintage Social Care has continued to help to support Mum to remain in her flat. Mum is physically frail with high anxiety and finds any change hard to cope with. They always take time to assess how anxious Mum is and make sure they phone her to advise of any changes. They are sympathetic to how she is before introducing a new carer working with Mum until she is settled and confident. Since January Mum's health has declined, she is housebound so very reliant on her care team as part of her "social life" by encouraging her to continue to do crosswords, watch quiz shows, read, chat about what is on TV and in the paper. Mum has been having multiple falls and is not able to walk without the support of her carer or myself. They responded swiftly and worked with me to quickly bring in overnight care and ensure that when I could not be there Mum was fully supported, without this Mum would have had to go into hospital which is not part of her advanced care plan. A huge thank you.

Vintage Social Care has been visiting my dad for a couple of months now due to his dementia. I can honestly say I have been so impressed. Nothing is too much trouble. Communication is excellent. My dad has been well looked after. We recently had an emergency situation and this was dealt with so well. I received calls to check I was ok too, which was lovely and reassuring. They go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Vintage Social Care is the best care company my mum has had, fantastic carers that treat my mum so well! They do everything for her and go above and beyond every time! She looks forward to seeing them 4 times a day, it's so refreshing to have good quality carers that are trained to the highest level (more like nurses) that know exactly what they are doing, not just with the care but with the medication as well! It's so lovely to hear my mum laughing and giggling away when they are here, she loves them all. Very well run with exceptional knowledge of the care industry. Would highly recommend.

Vintage Social Care Ltd, have been a godsend with my grandad. The carers have made him feel so comfortable with the personal care and care given. Everyone who has been involved in sorting out a care plan and assisting with the plan, have gone above and beyond for us as a family. Even over the Christmas period, the carers and team were amazing. Timekeeping is brilliant. Overall just a great company.

I found Vintage Care Ltd at a time I was desperate to find some help with caring for my dad. From the moment I phoned them, they were understanding and supportive and made me feel that someone actually cared. They are reliable and experienced. The carers are trustworthy and show great respect to my dad. They always listen and make us smile. I have had many years experience with the care sector and have never known an agency get the 'care' part of care spot on like Vintage do. Excellent.

The whole care team have consistently gone over and above what was expected of them. They have always treated my friend with the utmost care and respect, even though he is not the easiest person to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vintage Social Care to anyone.

I find the staff to be polite and the continuity of care is good, because the care agency has good organisation. I'm pleased to have Vintage Social Care providing my care, as my last agency gave notice, at very short notice and I couldn't find another agency. Without Vintage Social Care I would have no independence.

Vintage Social Care have been great caring for my grandpa. Their staff are well trained, even when he can make it quite difficult for them, sometimes even staying past his allocated time to make sure all his needs are met. Nothing is too much for them, I can’t recommend them enough.

Although both our parents needed help, only one was prepared ‘to give it a go’. We have been so lucky to find Vintage Social Care. Two of their directors came to meet us. They are such genuine, lovely people. Within a couple of visits for one parent, our other parent is also happily receiving help. Vintage are providing a first-class service. They treat our parents with respect and have a lovely rapport with them. They keep us informed, they have made us aware of things we can do to help our parents and how to approach Social Services. I would highly recommend them.

Vintage Social Care are taking great care of my mum. She is a tricky person to look after and had originally rejected any carers that I had organised for her. Vintage Social Care took time to get to know my mum and work out why she had rejected previous carers. They understand her need to be independent and include her in all decisions, whilst at the same time ensuring that she remains safe and comfortable. I have no worries about them being in the house with my mum and know that she is being well looked after. Their level of communication is excellent and I know straight away what mood my mum is in and whether I need to contact her to help keep her cheerful. They are cheerful, professional and over a short period of time, have become great company for my mum, especially after the loss of my father. They even came to his funeral. They often go above and beyond to ensure the health and well being of my mum and are a great team. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.
