Overall Experience

Hello,
This visit to the local area was my second for a weekend visit to my family.
On both occasions, I used this wonderful company for my care!
Two Carers came to me and looked after me.
I found them both to be very caring & compassionate throughout.
They listened intently to everythingI said,

and were able to look after me accordingly.
Not only that, one carer is a trained nurse and it was comforting to know that she was fully trained in a number of treatments should I require them?
They both had a wonderful sense of humor and nothing was too much trouble!
They were also willing to work around timings according to my day trips out with the family.
Both girls showed complete understanding & use of all regulations.. and nothing was too much trouble for them!
I write this with my next holiday booked and the girls already on standby!!

This amazing care company have looked after my daughter for a few months now. Previous to them, we tried other care companies but I can honestly say that 'BeHappy@Home' are, by far, the best carers we have had. Each staff member but particularly one member of staff, has gone above and beyond for my

daughter. As a community matron, I see many carers but this care agency is outstanding.

Treated as an equal never have I felt spoken down to or judged. Amazing communication and staff that I have are brilliant, kind and compassionate. Always happy to help with tasks or being company and talking about all sorts which currently really helps due to my mental health. Extremely flexible when

they arrive i.e we discussed doing washing up but when they come and I'm low or not able to face things they will sit and talk with me instead, which really does help that your staff can be flexible like that, and don't judge or treat you any different.

Overall Experience

BeHappy@Home companions have given my sister-in-law a better sense of purpose. The companions currently visit three times a week and have even started to take her out to the local coffee shop in her wheelchair for an outing when she feels up to it. I live five hours away by car and can't get to see

her often, but I know she enjoys their company and she always looks forward to their visits. I get updates on any problems that we can work out together, and I know that she is in safe hands. The price is very good - you could not get any service to visit your home for the same amount great value.
All in all, a great company. We are thinking of increasing the visits to four times a week!

Overall Experience

I became disabled in April 2023 due to several falls that damaged my spine and my head. I have severe Neuropathy as a result of the falls. After leaving the hospital on the 30th of April this year with a care package, I was handed over to Happy Healing Hut at the beginning of July and I have been amazed

at the care I have received. The courtesy and care by all the carers and staff are exceptional. Well done all for making my life worth living again.

It is great to have a company that can recognise and accommodate both mental/neurological and physical needs in providing care and support. They took me on last year when I was in a terrible state both mentally and physically and helped me rehabilitate with kindness and understanding. The staff are

all nice and friendly.
I love the personalisation they give me around my care and the emotional support. They do seem to do their best as an organisation to view the person as a whole, with well-being being an important outcome of their work.

BeHappy@Home has been providing care for my father for over 12 months now. My father's health has slowly deteriorated (as expected he is 91yrs!) and the care has been invaluable. The service for us has expanded along with our father's increased needs. We now have 4 visits per day and they have never

once let us down. The high standards set at the outset have not wavered. The care and attention shown to my father are delivered with genuine affection, he absolutely adores each and every one of his carers. They will quickly communicate any issue to both myself and my sister and if needed will assist us to help solve the issue. A particular member of staff at BeHappy@Home has provided support to not just my father but to us as a family. I have been overwhelmed by her generosity of time, patience and support. I really don't know how we would have managed without them!

The staff at BeHappy@Home have been a great support to Mum. The daily visits offered companionship, safety checks and support with medication, which was just what we needed.
The app that allowed us to see notes were really helpful when it worked but there were some initial set-up issues and systems

delays in the info being uploaded. However, we were always able to contact carers by email or text and they always called us if there were any concerns. Most of all, the team showed real care and understanding of what my mum and also we were going through and genuinely offered their personal attention and kindness. They’re great people with big hearts and endless patience!

Overall Experience

I feel blessed to have received their support whilst my husband who is my main carer recently underwent major surgery. You hear such awful stories about carers being late or not turning up at all that I was apprehensive. However, this was completely unfounded as not only did my carer arrive on time

every morning but committed to coming seven days a week. The care and attention to detail have been amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

I am grateful that my husband is happy attending the memory group on a Monday as it gives me time to myself for seeing family and friends, plus not having to prepare a midday meal for him.
He enjoys meeting new people and reliving memories. It would be helpful if I knew in advance when he was only

receiving soup at midday so I could preplan his midday meal
Plus we are more than happy to pay a set price for food as we expect to pay for services provided.
Since attending the group I notice he is humming/singing more at home so clearly, your music group is very beneficial

The home carer provided by the company is absolutely perfect, she goes above and beyond her remit to ensure my wife is comfortable and happy. She even does my wife’s nails which haven’t looked so good for years and put a big smile on her face. Much appreciated.
