Providence looked after my dad for 4 years. They were hardworking and the pinnacle of professionalism. The managers lead their team through example. They chose their team members wisely and I was impressed and happy with every single one of them. They were lovely and kind with my father who was always glad to see them. Their care was sensitive and patient even when dementia was causing my father to be difficult. Their knowledge of care practice is extensive and we valued their advice and opinions greatly. They were able to get good results when dealing with the NHS and the care system when our efforts came to nothing. I thank God that I found them and now that my dad has passed away I will miss them and their visits. I would most certainly recommend their services.
