Wonderful team who looked after and supported my very independent, strong willed mother-in-law for the last year with such kindness, care and respect. They were amazing with her, helpingng her to do as much as she could herself whenever possible but taking the lead on bad days when she needed extra support or was especially unwell. We feel very fortunate to have had such a lovely team looking after her and will always be so grateful and appreciative of everything they did for her. The advice and support given to me personally was so kind and helpful too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and support for a loved one.

Carepoint carers were punctual, reliable and thorough. The carers were excellent and were filled with genuine care and concern for the comfort of their patient. They always consulted and communicated with the patient and the patient's views and wishes always took precedence and were met whenever it was possible. Kindness and compassion was evident in every visit and carers often went above and beyond to meet the needs of the patient. All carers showed empathy and respected the patients privacy when giving personal care. Management of the care was thorough and risk assessment and safety of care was thorough and actioned. Managers communicated regularly with the patient and the family and often chased other professionals to assess or support as needed. Overall this company gave excellent levels of care daily.

CarePoint Ltd offers a great service, they are very efficient and well communicated. The carer who takes my husband out each week, is a genuine caring person. She arrives each week on time, and my husband looks forward to seeing her. The carer communicates any concerns around him and is always approachable. It's a highly valued service.

We had the carers for over a year and always found their service 1st class. There was never a day when they did not turn up, even if someone was absent, the manager came herself or she organised someone else to cover. All the staff were pleasant and efficient. Mum looked forward to her 3 visits a day. Thank you to the manager for being so caring with Mum. You and your staff were like family to us.

A lovely team of caring and thoughtful staff, especially two staff members in particular. Nothing is too much trouble and I felt my parents were important to both. Dignity and respect are maintained at all times and one of said staff members does an amazing job of tying everything that’s needed together. Thank you both for caring and for your professionalism.

We have had care in place for Mum for around fifteen years, I can honestly say that this company has been amazing and has brought in things/solutions that have helped so much. The care delivered by Carepoint HC has been amazing. They have been so helpful. I feel the service provided has enabled myself and family to do more for Mum as we have the time and the less pressure of caring daily for her. We can now arrange appointments for her, take her on days out etc. They have taken a massive pressure off our shoulders, which has meant we can do more for Mum and honestly helped me to reduce my stress levels and anxiety as I know she is being cared for and I know they will inform me of any concerns. They have been great at communicating any concerns and they have treated my mum so well with dignity and respect. My mum's health is improving and her communication is better. An amazing care team with a brilliant manager. They don't miss anything and will go over and above their role to help.

My sister has never been as well looked after or happy. Carers turn up in time to make morning coffee for her, assist her in the bathroom, go food shopping, make sure there is food in the house and clean the flat as well, sort medication out and other things. Nothing seems too much trouble and most of all my sister can talk to them if she is feeling down and depressed or if she needs medical help they are there. All of them give her someone to talk to, they are so good, they help in any way they can from just talking to her, assisting her in getting dressed and sorting medication out. Can't praise them enough for there excellent service.

I find the service provided for my mum to be excellent overall. The carers are polite, courteous and helpful and I would recommend them to others.

I'm very thankful to everyone involved in the care of my mother, the management and the carers have been brilliant, we are very happy with them. Thank you, I hope that this carries on. My mum feels comfy with the carers most of the time, every day is different.

Very good carers and Mum looks forward to their visits. Very good manager, always available and nothing is too much trouble. Their commitment to providing my mum with the best of care is second to none. This allows me to be able to relax knowing that Mum is being well looked after.

My carers are wonderful with me and I have no complaints whatsoever. They are always on time, very polite and caring and always have my best interests at heart and I also love playing dominoes with them. They will always do for me whatever I ask them to do.

Carepoint HC is one in a million and I cannot recommend them highly enough! My siblings and I live overseas and it gives us great peace of mind to know that Mum is in such good and caring hands. The carers have been absolutely amazing with Mum, very often giving up their own time to take care of her needs. They have certainly gone above and beyond what one would expect of a caregiver, to the point that Mum does not want anyone else to look after her! They have built up a strong relationship with Mum, treating her with respect and love and making her feel safe, cared for and valued. It is evident that this is a calling rather than a job for these two amazing ladies and we couldn't be more grateful.

Flexible. Compassionate. Thorough. Professional. My sister is showing the first signs of happiness, motivation and security that we haven't seen for a long time.

My cousin recently started using the Carepoint HC for personal care and help around the house. Both the staff members who come are very polite and respectful. Always come in with a smile on their face and do a great job of trying to interact with my cousin and get her to talk more and open up. The regular staff member who comes has built up a fantastic rapport with my cousin. Fantastic service overall.
