Whenever we visit our Grandma, we are reassured by the positive updates she shares about the twice-weekly visits from the carers and, at times, the Bowtree owners/managers. Grandma has always been a very independent and private person, and it took considerable encouragement for her to accept support. Now, however, she would not want to be without it. She speaks very highly of the staff and says she looks forward to their regular visits and assistance with personal tasks. Julie is always a pleasure to deal with, which makes my mother-in-law's life much easier as well. We are incredibly grateful to Julie and the entire team for all they do. We don't know what we would do without them. Thank you!

The help and care given by the staff at Bowtree has been amazing in the last 18 months that we have been using them. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to accommodate additional visits at times of need. Engaging them has been the best decision ever, and takes so much stress and worry away from my sister and myself. Mum loves the carers and really looks forward to their visits. I would 100%+ recommend them.

Nothing but praise for the kind staff and carers at bowtree, they really help my mum when they do their visits, nothing is too much trouble for them even when mum can be stressed and demanding due to Alzheimer's, we really don't know where we would be without them.. Management easy to deal with and very understanding of any special needs.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would like to extend my thanks to the manager and team for the outstanding care provided for my mother who had complex medical/personal needs. During the initial meeting, we were treated with compassion and empathy with a high standard of professionalism - the resulting care reflected that. The care package was tailored to our needs, with assurances that it could be amended/increased/decreased at any time. Last-minute changes due to other responsibilities were never too much trouble. Mum was treated with dignity and respect throughout the whole process, with the manager and her staff often going above and beyond what was expected. Bowtree Homecare provided emotional support to us also - this has not ended even after our loved one's passing. The team are well-led, engaged and easily contactable. With safety being high on their agenda, any issues were dealt with swiftly and sensitively. This truly is a fantastic company with exceptional people.

Bowtree Homecare was recommended to my dying uncle. They were ideal carers for him and are now looking after his ailing widow. The carers are patient, sympathetic and flexible. Having easy access to the manager has given me peace of mind beyond my expectations. The insight demonstrated into the needs, wants and behaviour of the elderly is tremendous. This work is tough and complex and I reckon this company and its staff are very special. Nothing seems too much for them.

Amazing compassion, patience and quality of care shown by all staff at Bowtree Homecare for my aunt. The manager was a joy to meet in what are difficult circumstances. She arranged everything my aunt required and was also very knowledgeable in areas I didn’t think were part of her remit. Signposting me to other agencies for advice. The care only needed to be for a short time, pending other longer-term arrangements within the family. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bowtree Homecare to anyone that needs outstanding care with genuine compassion and empathy. Bowtree are truly amazing! I could not survive without them. My mum adores all the carers and she looks forward to them coming. The manager is approachable and contactable. If I'm on holiday then the hours are adaptable. I'm so thankful that I can go to work and on holiday knowing my mum is in great hands with staff who really do care.

Bowtree Homecare have been providing care for my wife since we moved into our new apartment in Ramsbottom in December 2021. During that time my wife's care needs have fluctuated. Bowtree have proved very supportive and flexible in meeting our changing needs, whilst maintaining a high level of care and management support. All the carers have played a vital role in sustaining my wife's mental health in trying circumstances. I would unreservedly recommend Bowtree Homecare to anyone needing support for themselves or a loved one.

My mother has received home care support for a while now and her care has always been excellent. My mother is loving and kind, but is no pushover and would let me know if her care was not good. She has always praised the staff to me and I have witnessed good practice during my interactions with the carers and the care manager. I feel very lucky to have the care provided by this team and wished everyone could have home care to such a high standard. My sister and I are both registered nurses, highly recommend them.
