Additional Charges - A rate of 1.5 times the standard weekday rate applies on Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and after 5:00 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
For trips out and shopping, a mileage charge of 45p per mile will apply to cover the carer’s fuel expenses.

Holly, in particular, has been absolutely amazing friendly, approachable, and completely dedicated to delivering outstanding care. When Jeremy was discharged from Hospital with acute myeloid leukemia, she ensured everything was perfectly in place for his comfort. Her calm, capable approach and genuine kindness made an enormous difference, especially during his final days, when she also supported me so I could simply be present with him. All carers were friendly, attentive, and respectful, and Penta Care were always flexible and reliable, ensuring Jeremy was never without support, even at short notice. Their kindness, professionalism, and humanity made an incredibly difficult time so much more manageable. A true 5 star service.

Pentacare have been exceptional. The carers are professional and caring go at times beyond what is expected. The manager Holly is really caring and keeps me informed of any delays. When I came out hospital they consulted with the therapists about my needs.

Every week we are sent a roster so we know exactly who is coming and at what time, which is perfect as my dad is very anxious and likes to know when carers are arriving. The carers always make him laugh, and he feels so much better in himself since receiving care from Pentacare.

I could not be happier with PentaCare. When looking to take my mum out of her nursing home and bring her back home, I spoke to and requested information from 6 care agencies. PentaCare was the one that stood out. From initial meetings to care assessments, I knew that the people from PentaCare were human and caring. Having looked at a few other care companies none were able to help until we found pentacare. From the moment I contacted them they were always ready to answer any questions and explained everything in the lead up to care starting.
My Aunt wasn't very keen on the idea but she has now got to the stage where she is comfortable with them and they go above and beyond. They keep us posted if they have any concerns and we can contact pentacare as and when we need to. Without Pentacare we really don't know what we would of done. The best company out there.

All the staff are excellent. Cannot fault anything regarding the service and care my mother in law gets. Each carer is very good at making sure she has everything done her way and the patience they show is incredible. They never rush the care and are always happy to help if something needs to be done.

The carer at Pentacare Services is second to none. The quality of her customer care is outstanding. She not only understands and demonstrates how to be genuinely person-centred and client-focused, she also 'gets it', that not all disabilities are visible. I am so impressed. A change in my personal circumstances meant I needed to change my care and support schedule. The carer listened and implemented the required changes within 24 hours. Wow! The rates provided for this service apply to this member of staff, specifically. She comes very highly recommended.

Very friendly, efficient service. I have complete trust in the carers that they can provide the service that my mum needs. I haven't any concerns or worries about the carers going in and out of the house and helping mum. She can communicate well with them all and they are very obliging in meeting her requests and helping her. I have met several members of staff and they are always smiling. They take their responsibilities very seriously. The training they receive must be of a high quality, as every task is done correctly and to a high standard. The carers take pride in their work and my mum is very happy.
