Weekday: 30 minutes £20.70, 45 minutes £26.50, 1 Hour £31.60
Weekend: 30 minutes £23.20, 45 minutes £28.70, 1 Hour £35.30
Additional Charges - A rate of 1.5 times the standard weekday rate applies on Bank Holidays, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, and after 5:00 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
For trips out and shopping, a mileage charge of 45p per mile will apply to cover the carer’s fuel expenses.

I cannot recommend Penta Care highly enough. I took them on to support Jeremy alongside me as his personal support assistant, to ensure he always had consistent care and so I could have regular days off. The care and compassion shown was exceptional.

Holly, in particular, has been absolutely amazing friendly, approachable, and completely dedicated to delivering outstanding care. When Jeremy was discharged from Hospital with acute myeloid leukemia, she ensured everything was perfectly in place for his comfort. Her calm, capable approach and genuine kindness made an enormous difference, especially during his final days, when she also supported me so I could simply be present with him. All carers were friendly, attentive, and respectful, and Penta Care were always flexible and reliable, ensuring Jeremy was never without support, even at short notice. Their kindness, professionalism, and humanity made an incredibly difficult time so much more manageable. A true 5 star service.

Overall Experience
Pentacare have been calling in to care for my Mum twice weekly for a few months now. The care has been excellent and the carers have been exceptionally good, engaging personally with Mum and making her feel total relaxed in their presence. I am going to up the visitations to 3 times a week now. The company is very flexible to your specific needs. They provide a very professional, friendly and supportive service. They were recommended to me by a friend whose mother was also cared for by Pentacare.

My father-in-law's ability to remain at home is 100% down to the excellent care given. PentaCare has enabled us as a family to facilitate his wishes for independent living whilst knowing he is safe, well fed & above all, part of a community of people who care for him.

Overall Experience
Pentacare looked after my elderly mother until she sadly passed away in October 2025. Four carers per day attended to my mother's various needs in Sevenoaks in our home and it was the best company we had used. Carers were always punctual, reliable and sympathetic to my mother's needs and so very kind. If there were any problems with traffic, weather, emergencies with other clients, etc the Pentacare office team would call me to let me know.

Pentacare went above and beyond in their excellent care for my mother and she enjoyed the annual Summer parties, the hampers at Christmas, the Easter bonnet making amongst many other great occasions .Highly recommend this company.

Overall Experience

Pentacare have been exceptional. The carers are professional and caring go at times beyond what is expected. The manager Holly is really caring and keeps me informed of any delays. When I came out hospital they consulted with the therapists about my needs.

From the first moment I met Pentacare, when my home care needs were assessed in hospital, recovering from Chemotherapy, I realised this company was something special.

I now have a full time, live in carer who has supported me on all my needs, particularly on several hospital visits for further Chemo. Thank you Pentacare.

Overall Experience
I just want to say that the whole experience with Pentacare, from the very start, has been absolutely brilliant. My dad has regular carers who he has built real trust with, and he has such a lovely relationship with them.
Every week we are sent a roster so we know exactly who is coming and at what time, which is perfect as my dad is very anxious and likes to know when carers are arriving. The carers always make him laugh, and he feels so much better in himself since receiving care from Pentacare.

Thank you, Pentacare - I can't recommend you enough.

Excellent service at Pentacare. They have been caring for my dad for the last 18 months. They have at times gone above and beyond helping with such things gp and hospital appointments. All the staff are friendly helpful and professional.

It is reassuring to know he is such safe hands. I would highly recommend their service.

I could not be happier with PentaCare. When looking to take my mum out of her nursing home and bring her back home, I spoke to and requested information from 6 care agencies. PentaCare was the one that stood out. From initial meetings to care assessments, I knew that the people from PentaCare were human and caring. This is endorsed 100% by my parents who now benefit from 24 hour live-in care. It is working like a dream. Thank you.

We were in desperate need of a care provider who could administer medication from a locked safe for my Aunt.
Having looked at a few other care companies none were able to help until we found pentacare. From the moment I contacted them they were always ready to answer any questions and explained everything in the lead up to care starting.

My Aunt wasn't very keen on the idea but she has now got to the stage where she is comfortable with them and they go above and beyond. They keep us posted if they have any concerns and we can contact pentacare as and when we need to. Without Pentacare we really don't know what we would of done. The best company out there.

My aunt was having issues with her medication and I wasn't able to get to her daily to give it to her so we needed someone to administer it twice daily. We rang around for help and Pentacare were the only care company that were offering this service. My aunt was sceptical about having new people in her home but when she met the various carers she soon came round to the idea. This was because the staff of Pentacare not only give her the medication, but go above and beyond to make sure she is eating and drinking, even preparing her meals for her and help her out with anything else she needs. My aunt now looks forward to seeing them each day as they have a good chat and a laugh and their company has really cheered her up.

Pentacare constantly update us if there are any issues or concerns and personally I highly recommend them. Without them we would be lost.

The carers at Pentacare have a very challenging job looking after my wife as she can do nothing for herself as she is a victim of severe dementia. They all look after her with patience and kindness and keep me informed of any issues that they may find.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Pentacare to anyone if they want the best care, as all the carers are reliable and friendly.

All the staff are excellent. Cannot fault anything regarding the service and care my mother in law gets. Each carer is very good at making sure she has everything done her way and the patience they show is incredible. They never rush the care and are always happy to help if something needs to be done.

The carer at Pentacare Services is second to none. The quality of her customer care is outstanding. She not only understands and demonstrates how to be genuinely person-centred and client-focused, she also 'gets it', that not all disabilities are visible. I am so impressed. A change in my personal circumstances meant I needed to change my care and support schedule. The carer listened and implemented the required changes within 24 hours. Wow! The rates provided for this service apply to this member of staff, specifically. She comes very highly recommended.

Overall Experience

Very friendly, efficient service. I have complete trust in the carers that they can provide the service that my mum needs. I haven't any concerns or worries about the carers going in and out of the house and helping mum. She can communicate well with them all and they are very obliging in meeting her requests and helping her. I have met several members of staff and they are always smiling. They take their responsibilities very seriously. The training they receive must be of a high quality, as every task is done correctly and to a high standard. The carers take pride in their work and my mum is very happy.

The team where amazing when providing care for my late mum, mum was only in her early 50'S when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer, being young she was apprehensive about receiving care from people she didn't know and felt embarrassed that she needed external care- however after meeting with a member of staff and getting plans in place she felt so comfortable and towards the end the team were the key to mum being able to stay and home living her best life in the final weeks delaying having to go into the hospice sooner!

A huge thanks to the team.
