There is some variability in the performance of the carers that relate to experience of the work and I have pointed this out to the supervisor. They all treat my wife with respect and do their best given that her deteriorating condition makes it an extremely difficult task. This is my first report for a very short period and I have no comparative to help me judge the level of care other than a short period of respite care in a care home.

I have been very satisfied with the care given to my dad. The carers have been courteous to myself and shown an interest in me to ensure I am okay. Their attitude to dad is one of concern and desire to do the best for him. They allow dad to decide on what he wants to do each morning and do to hurry him. On the only occasion of lateness, I was informed by phone to explain the lateness.
