My daughters been receiving care for a couple of months now and I can honestly say the company is very flexible and are always here to listen to anything I need to say.if I need someone in an emergency then they most likely have me covered which is a great reasurance.i want to thank all the carers for trying their best most importantly i want to thank two members of staff in particular for doin a fantastic job they are the best carers take care of everything for me. One lady in particular has made mine and my daughters life so easy and she takes care of my daughter like she's her own.shes very attentive and really cared about what she's doing.always giving her everything a very hard and dedicated woman so thank you for doing what you are doing.we appreciate it soo much.
