And they care! My gran had a fall a month ago, and one of the carers arrived shortly afterward and handled the whole thing while I rushed home. She kept me informed, kept my gran calm, kept her safe, and organised an ambulance while I was rushing home from work. She stayed with me and my gran until the ambulance arrived, well beyond the time we had booked her for.
While my gran has been recovering in the hospital, one member of staff has been frequently checking in, and a few of the carers have reached out to me in their individual capacity to ask how she is doing. It means so much to know they my gran isn't just a job to them. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Thank you for such a positive account of the care we have been providing. Absolutely we hope to do our best to maintain some mobility and engage in interesting conversation. It is a team effort and the family is so supportive. The carers enjoyed spending time with your gran.
We have been very impressed with the management of this care company and the two carers who have attended my husband have shown complete respect and cared for him well.
