Overall Experience

Care staff and managers have been very helpful, professional and consistent in providing an individualised care package for a challenging client wishing to remain in their own home. Communication with family and outside agencies has been effective. This is, by far, the best agency I have dealt with.

The flat is always clean and tidy.
