We had the pleasure of meeting the Manager and her team at our friend's 100th birthday party, which they organised in her garden. What a lovely, happy and considerate team. Nothing was too much trouble. From our contact with her and her team, we would have no doubt in recommending this company.

Josben Care initially looked after my aunt by providing lunchtime support on a daily basis, when my aunt's needs changed she had no hesitation in requesting that Josben continue her care with a live-in carer. The help and support given to my aunt has been absolutely fantastic. She has been cared for
as though she she were a member of their family. I cannot thank the carers enough for the love and support they showed my aunt all through her changing needs. I cannot recommend Josben Care highly enough, they have made a difficult time far more easy to deal with. Thank you.

One staff member from Josben Care was our mother's live in carer for the last two and a half months of her life. Her attention to mum's needs during this time was flawless. She kept the home tidy; helped mum, when she was feeling well enough, to cook her own meals, and cooked for her otherwise; made
sure of her personal hygiene; and also ensured her medication was correctly scheduled. When mum became too unwell to cope with things, the carer looked after her so carefully, ensuring she was kept comfortable, well nourished, clean and refreshed, and nothing mum asked of her was too much trouble. During mum's final days, the carer bedded down in mum's room at her bedside during the night to keep her company and give her comfort and support - mum really appreciated this kind gesture. The management of the company were also very good, keeping in touch with us and also apparently giving the carer good support. The whole family are really thankful, knowing that mum was looked after in her final days with so much care.

Excellent communication and compassionate, consistent care from engaged carers. My mother can not speak highly enough of her carer and her kindness. Josben Care Services have been flexible with the care schedule to accommodate family events and our competitive with their fees. I would highly recommend.

Josben Care has been looking after my mum since July 2022 - nearly two years. Sadly Mum has now passed away.
The care from the manager & her team has been outstanding.
Mum has been permanently bed-bound since July 2022 so needed a live-in carer & extra daily visits.
An excellent measure of Josben’s
Care is that in all that time Mum never had any skin integrity issues - no bed sores at all. Bed-bound patients are at high risk of bed sores - never a problem for Mum.
The manager & her team are well organised and have great initiative. The manager knows the hospital services, OT services, and pharmacy services all very well having been a social worker.
Visiting GPs, district nurses, paramedics, and palliative nurses all commented on the exceptional care Mum was receiving. The care itself, the documentation, the records of the care.
It all validated that my sister and I had made the difficult decision of which care agency to choose correctly. That is a big relief - we couldn’t have done better for Mum.

Josben Care has always been fantastic with my mum. They are always warm and friendly which is so important in their relationship. As an active victim of dementia, her care can be quite complicated and varied sometimes - a company that understands this is so important.

Josben Care has been looking after my bedridden Mum for the last 13 months. (Live in carer and double-ups during the day). I have felt right from the beginning they have always had my Mum's best interests at heart.
The Company have met many challenges with Mum as her needs have changed over time. Their
care and daily communication are the best we could hope for. Care is expensive, but I believe Josben Care puts the person before profit. Good value for money.

My mother has been receiving live in care from Josben Care Services since December 2022. We have found the care from the manager and her team to be exceptional and their care exceeds our experience of other care providers.
My mother's needs are complex and her well-being relies on the carer working
in close partnership and collaboration with her family. Communication throughout the day and even at night with the family is essential to keep my mum safe.
This is a team of carers that truly do care about my mother’s wellbeing and we cannot fault their care or their communication with us. In our experience the carers are kind and considerate at all times and regularly go the extra mile to ensure my mother is very well looked after, however demanding those needs might be.
As a family we love my mother very much, so we needed a care company that could work closely with us, I am very confident to entrust my mother's care to Josben Care. We would be lost without the support of Josben Care.

A very satisfactory service is provided by carers who provide me with what I need in a friendly manner. They are prompt and courteous and good communication exists between the company and myself. I would recommend them to anybody looking for the services of a carer.

Josben Care provide live in care to my elderly mother. I found the live in carers to be kind and very supportive to my mum's needs and invaluable to us as a family. The manager is on hand should a problem occur. I would highly recommend Josben Care.
