I am aged 95 years old and only just started to have carers.

Efficient, reliable service. Carers are punctual and always considerate and have taken the time to understand my mother’s needs. Care is delivered with a smile and they are warm and friendly but respectful. My mother is able to retain her independence and her dignity is maintained at all times.

The carer is such a lovely member of your team. She’s always so helpful, polite and her work ethic is outstanding. She always goes above and beyond to support and help us and is very professional, kind and hardworking. Her passion for helping others truly reflects in how she applies herself within her job role. Nothing has been too much trouble. They are always on time and will help with household tasks if necessary. We both love to see them when they arrive and we value the part they play in making our lives so much easier.

We are happy with the excellent care afforded by Radfield Home Care. It has allowed Mum to continue to live independently in her own home where she feels happiest. Mum enjoys chatting with the staff about her garden. The staff provide gentle support, and show dignity and kindness in their caring roles. After discussing Mum's needs, a care plan was drawn up which is flexible and suits Mum's requirement.

I am very happy indeed with the excellent quality of care and concern shown by our Radfield team who have made a significant improvement to our daily life over the past months that they have been supporting us. At this stage, most of what they do for us is of a household management nature at which they are exceptionally good. Their attention to detail and the ways in which they involve us in decisions is most impressive. When we have needed extra help it has been provided without difficulty and we have the peace of mind of knowing they are there and can provide extra and more personal care should we need it.

All the care ladies are always good timekeepers, very friendly and helpful. Good at chatting and always make you feel happy.

Since receiving home care we can honestly say this has changed our quality of life for the better. The home care professional assisting us with our care plan truly is a star, she shines and stands out for all the right reasons and is such a hard worker who is professional and goes above and beyond to help. She is excellent at using her initiative and is extremely conscientious in looking at additional ways to help us both with tasks that can prove difficult. She truly cares about what she does, she really does work to an incredibly high standard. She is very accommodating and punctual (thank you for rescheduling when we’ve had to change days). We’re always so very impressed; she really does brighten up the house with her personality, professionalism and hard work. Pleasant experience and good service from all the staff.

The carers from Radfield Home Care (Syston) have been brilliant. They have looked after my husband for about six months and have treated him with care and, at the same time, kept his dignity. Always cheerful and pleasant. My husband was always happy to see them. Definitely have no complaints. Would give more than five stars if possible.

The carers are all very kind and Mum looks forward to their visits. They focus on her strengths and never make her feel uncomfortable about the things she can no longer do. The service is very flexible and helpful and shows attention to Mum's needs as an individual.

The carers are all very friendly and provide excellent care, monitoring any minor health issues and communicating these to their colleagues and myself. They are all willing to get involved with the physio and reading exercises necessary for my wife's rehabilitation. They always carry out their full session without me having to find them things to do, unlike staff from our previous care company who were always in a rush to leave. The whole operation is clearly professionally run and well organised and I have not had to contact the office about any concerns since we set them on back in July.
