We used St Margaret's home care services for my father from September to December.
We found the service to be good and reliable. The carer was very attentive and sensitive to my father's needs and so too was our point of contact.
Would use them again.

My family and I are extremely happy with the service we have received from St Margaret's. They have a patient centred approach to their service and are constantly checking my father's needs are being met with regular visits. If I have any concerns, I am able to contact them without any issues. My father's
carer, has been a blessing to us. Humble, trustworthy, and hardworking guy!

My mother has been using this service for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care she's receiving. Her carers are truly wonderful kind, attentive, and dedicated to making sure my mother's needs are met and her routines are maintained. The carers treat my mother with respect
and compassion, which brightens her days. Thanks to Margaret Healthcare, I can have peace of mind knowing that my mother is in good hands.

I really can’t praise the carers and manager enough. My dad needed help urgently today and three carers turned up really quickly. They got Dad into his home and helped him settle back down. My parents love their carer, who is such a kind and caring young lady. To have the same carer (you get 2, 1 to
cover any dates the main carer can’t do) means so much. I know my dad’s care is excellent. Nothing is too much trouble and Mum and Dad get immediate responses and updates if the carer has problems (i.e. traffic). To see them so relaxed and happy with their care is priceless. I can’t praise this company enough.

Very good service, always on time, and the same carer who is excellent.
Happy to increase or amend visits should circumstances demand, i.e. I have to go to the hospital.

St Margaret Healthcare is a very caring and conscious group, very attentive to my needs, and nothing is too much for them to do. Very time conscious and responsible. They respect my home and privacy. Overall, they really care and encourage me to do better for myself and do things I love.

I'm so happy with my carers - they are lovely and look after me well. Encourage me and are patient with me as well; I'm very slow at doing things, but they take time to assist and motivate me. They respect me and my home, very professional.

I would like to say that the service I have received so far has been very satisfactory. The carers provided are very punctual, polite and very considerate when attending my home.
The care that they provide meets my father's needs.

The service my father receives is very good. When we’ve had to make a couple of changes in visits or address his medication, there has never been a problem. The carers who visit my father are good people.

St Margaret Healthcare Services made it possible for my grandmother and our family. The agency is an outstanding home care service. The manager is fantastic and really cares for the families. The aides the agency sent us were angels; they made that time bearable. My grandma was always clean and very
well cared for. The aides are excellent and wonderful - always had a smile on her face. St Margaret Healthcare Services has given us peace of mind knowing we could always count on them to help with our grandmother's care when no other agency could.
