Not only did they give my Father In Law the best care. They were very supportive of myself. Times they gave me for arrival and length of time they spent with him was the best service ever. No turning up late or leaving early as my husband had expected. First care service. Friendly, happy and patient.

Lighthouse helped support my father during his last month with us. They brought light to a sad situation, providing considerate, gentle and professional care. I enjoyed getting to know the carers and looked forward to seeing them each day. I knew my father was in good hands. They will forever be a good memory I have of the last days I got with my father.

Lighthouse are a very professional company from start to finish. Unfortunately mum was being discharged for palliative care and Marian came to the hospital to familiarise herself with my mother's needs and to get to know mum. The care was outstanding and the carers became part of the family. Mum loved them all although she had her favorites. They made mum feel so good and attended to all her needs. The service is fantastic and if you are concerned about anything you let Marian know and it is sorted immediately. An excellent service who have a family ethos. Couldn't have had better.

I valued their perspicacity and their determination to see the best in what were some very difficult situations. As well as caring for my husband they never forgot to ensure that I was all right and had everything I needed. I will never forget them.

Mum's main live in carer was amazing. Very kind and caring, great at her job and a good cook. Some of the other carers who stood in for her when she had to be away were less good but we are very grateful for the overall experience

Hello is me son of resident. I am very happy to with light house staff because they are nice to work on time and clearly, kindly, honest and they help extre think as well etc. I want to give too all the staff lots off thanks.

She didn't always like them helping as she was always very stubborn and always wanted me to do everything for her but the carers would always help me do everything.

I have been truly thankful for the efficient, caring, empathic and reliable service from both the manager and her amazing team of carers. My dad was a proud and independent man who sadly needed help and support after a stay in hospital. The team were amazing at all times and often went beyond their remit. I am truly thankful for all their care and I know Dad was the best he could be because of them all. Thank you.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lighthouse Bespoke Healthcare. They went above and beyond to care for my father in his last months. Fantastic care, lovely carers, I could never have got through without them. They always arrived on time, Dad was impeccably cared for and they were wonderful supporting me both emotionally and practically. The last few weeks we had live-in care for Dad, this was impeccable, Dad was cared for, the house was kept immaculate, we couldn’t ask for more. The carers would even phone me three times a day to keep me updated. 100% would recommend Lighthouse to anybody considering care, I can’t thank them enough for what they did for Dad.

The team from Lighthouse Bespoke Healthcare looked after my father at home in the final week of his life, visiting three times a day to ensure he was as content as possible. He was bed-bound, suffering from dementia and not going to get better, but they made his last days comfortable with dedicated care and friendliness. Me and my mother will be forever grateful for how well they looked after him.
