The carers and office staff were fantastic, but the whole healthcare staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of. Every member of the Far East Care team, from the front desk that assisted with appointment scheduling to ensure she doesn't miss her hospital appointments who performed
comprehensive assessments and treatments, collaborated well to guarantee that my cousin had the greatest care possible.

We’ve had great experiences with home care since we started with them a few months ago. They were able to find a carer who speaks my mum’s language. But the very best care was in September when Mum needed extra support; the carer and company were very flexible with the extra time needed, and the carer
never rushed to finish and always ensured Mum was happy before she left. Having used other companies in the past who charge a fortune but never deliver quality care, we are very fortunate to have found Homecare. Keep it up, guys, and thank you, everyone. Five stars well deserved!
