Nothing was too much trouble when I required other services and they were very pleasant and had good communication skills.

After needing some help following an operation on my foot, I got in contact with Daily Comfort Health and have carried out the care I need efficiently and professionally.

Dad care differs greatly depending on who visits him. Joseph always makes sure Dad gets out of bed and is eating and drinking, some of the otehr carers will leave him in bed for his meals/days. Dad will tend to say no to most questions so if he is asked does he want food, drinks or to get out of bed of if he wants help with personal care he will decline. He needs encouraging to do things, this does not always happen.

We are very happy with the care which has been given to us. Carers arrive at the arranged time and are always happy, caring and professional.

Receptive, reliable and responsive to requests.

All good - no complaints. I do like a female carer, the male carers are nice but prefer a female.
