Ability Focus

Ability Focus stepped into our lives in mid-October during a period of extreme crisis. My son, Daniel, was struggling with severely escalated behaviors that required emergency services, but the team knew exactly how to help. They immediately provided 2-to-1 support, working tirelessly with patience and expert care.

Six months later, the transformation is beautiful. Daniel is calmer, communicates better, and follows his routine with ease. The manager's deep knowledge and the systems she implemented, including essential respite care, have been life-changing. It is clear this isn't just a job for her-it is her heart's desire to see children happy. We are so impressed and deeply grateful for the genuine kindness and professional excellence they have shown our family.

Ability Focus has become a home away from home for my son ever since his first stay at the facility in February 2024.

I can confidently say that it's the only place that gives me complete rest of mind when my son is away from me. I know he is loved and well looked after. He enjoys his stay there as it is filled with outings which he absolutely enjoys and has most things catered to him and his needs. They understand him and make him feel like a part of the family.

I'm so glad I found this gem of a home for him and I can only wish for expansion and the best for the business always.

It is really one that I wish I could gatekeep and not share with others but it would be a sin not to share openly. The staff are diligent and well trained, the rooms are neat and tidy and very good care is taken to keep everything running well! I can't praise them enough. Truly grateful!

My daughter has used Ability Focus for over a year now and has received excellent service and care by staff who take her out for day activities. The half-term activities in April were varied and outstanding. I found the management very helpful and considerate. I would recommend this Ability Focus any day.

As the name says: Ability Focus is true to its name. They truly focus on the ability of the individual and encourage them in their strengths. Our son trusts them as we do as parents. I am truly happy with their professionalism and care for our son. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for kind, professional people to work with your loved ones.

My son has been with Ability Focus for a few years. Very happy with the service. The support worker is punctual, friendly and does lots of engaging activities. They are very thoughtful and interested in my son's well being and development.
